The space

Charming country house by the sea
Situated in Schinos. A beautiful, small, coastal, holiday village, around 30 minutes away from Loutraki, and 1 hour from Athens. Its scenery is a wonderfully strange combination of scenery with gray-red gravel and green pines reaching almost the waves, could comfortably star in an old film where the heroes go there for isolation from indiscreet eyes, in a tavern with checkered tablecloths, pots and a table on the sand.
The house is situated only 50m. from the sea, at the foot of Gerania mountains with a natural setting where tranquility and peace dominate.
In the quiet area of Schinos, in the green and next to the sea you can enjoy peaceful vacations away from stress.

1) Κremidas Bakery - Just a few yards from the house . 3 minutes by foot. (coffe, bread, muffins etc)
2) Twins cafe - same distance.
3) Inoi Super Market - 3 minutes by car

Beautiful beaches in the nearby area . Please use googl. maps to locate & see photos.
First of all Agia Sotira. The beach "next door" with a beach club and several fish taverns.
Also very beautiful are
1) Paralia X Lefki (20 minutes by car and some more by foot )
2) Spilia tis fokias (15 minutes by car and some more by foot )
3) Mikra Strava bay (15 minutes by car )
4) Strava Bay (15 minutes ) (Local Tavern )
4) Limni Vouliagmenis (35 minutes by car ) (Bars, Restaurants)
At some portions the road may be a little rough so drive slowly with caution.

Also small village on the mountain side is Pisia . You may reach the place travelling into a beautifull dence forest enjoying spectacular view. You may find restaurants with very tasty stakes !!

A very simple house with some excellent features like Airco’s in bedrooms

Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists
