Lodging located 5 km from Carcabuey, in the center of the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas, next to a spring and at the foot of the mountains, ideal for large groups and to make walks in the surroundings.
Establishment consisting of 2 accommodations that can be rented together or separately from 13 + 3 and 4 + 2 seats, connected internally.
The smallest unit of 4 + 2 seats has an independent access on the ground floor although you can communicate with the other unit internally. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility, and there is no step in the whole unit or in the nearby entertainment area, you can even access the pool without any obstacle. It has 1 room with 2 beds of 0.90X1.90 m, and another room adapted for people with reduced mobility (door of 0.82 cm) with double bed of 1.50x1.90 m; bathroom with large shower and bar for people with reduced mobility in inidoro and shower; living room with air conditioning of 25 m2 plus firewood fireplace with which all rooms are heated, sofa bed in L for 2 seats, table with 6 seats; American kitchen with electric hob, oven, 6-seater dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, smart TV, blender, TASSIMO capsule coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware for 6 people.

The larger unit is distributed over two floors and can be connected internally with the small unit through the area of ​​the stack room and corridor to the bathroom. It has 13 + 3 seats, American kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, dishwasher, blender, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and a freezer; living room with fireplace, tables and chairs for 12 people, 2-seater sofa, 2 wooden armchairs and 2 rocking chairs; laundry room with washing machine; 3 double bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 1.50x1.90 m and possibility of placing 1 extra bed, with air conditioning); 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 1.35x1.90 m in each one; 1 bedroom with fireplace and air conditioning for 3 single beds where you can place 3 extra beds; 1 bedroom with double bed on which there is a single bunk bed and another single bed. 2 full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. To access the different rooms there are several steps to save the different slopes that make up the 2 floors.
Free WIFI. Bed linen, towels and firewood included in the price. Smart TV in both rooms, ping-pong table, table football and dartboard. Oil radiators in the rooms for heating during the winter season, in addition to the split air conditioning and heating of the hot air ducts in the chimney of the smallest unit that guarantee total comfort.
Outside we have large areas of shade under the branch of imposing walnut trees where the barbecue, a sink to wash by hand on the stone and a spring from which very refreshing and pure water flows throughout the year.
Grass area with more than 200 m2 around a large pool with slide of 9 + 18 m, sun loungers and parasols.
We have a garden of 2 hectares with quinces and different fruit trees such as apples, nuts, pears, pomegranates, organic garden in summer, etc. This truly makes it a magical place.
The house is ideal for large groups who want to relax or want to know some of the wonderful cities of Andalusia; for example Ronda, Antequera, Priego de Córdoba, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga, Jaén, Úbeda, Baeza or Seville; or to make excursions on foot or by bike from the same house, since it is located in the center of the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas, and from the same house you can make many exits and routes.

ACTIVITIES:
You can call us at any time during your stay, or even before arriving at the house, we will be happy to solve any doubt or problem you have.
During your stay you can taste the exquisite white wine of the Montilla Moriles denomination, which we put at your disposal in a barrel in one of the coolest areas of the house, specifically in the storage room, which serves as a communication between the 2 units.
We can offer you a delicious paella, elaboration of tapas, homemade meals of the area, sweet crafts, etc ...
Take them to see the operation of some of the most important olive oil mills in the world that are located in our municipality. You can visit a factory where they make an exquisite traditional goat cheese. or visit any of the white wine cellars of the denomination Montilla-Moriles that are 30 km from the house.


Recommend some of the many routes on foot or by bicycle that can be made from there.
In season, we can offer the usual crops that occur in the area, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions, cucumbers, aubergines, potatoes, etc.
BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:
Pool season from May 1 to November 1.
Keep in mind that reservations of 5 to 12 people, unless otherwise agreed, will occupy only the largest unit with a total capacity of 13+3 seats. The smallest unit and the bedrooms that are not necessary will remain closed depending on the occupancy contracted for your reservation or for the needs that have been communicated to us prior to your arrival. In this case, we could rent the smaller unit.
If you want to use the small unit adapted for people with reduced mobility, it would have an additional cost of €300/week or a minimum of €150 per stay.
The cost of the jacuzzi is €60 minimum or €20 per night.
