On the upper floor there is another large living room with TV with another sofa bed and a puff bed, with a large window with stunning views of the Peñas de Herrera, and a small attic bedroom ideal for small children due to its low height roof and a bathroom also with sloping ceilings.
On the basement floor, which is at the level of the back garden of the house there is a full kitchen with all appliances, and a dining room attached to the kitchen with large windows that give it a lot of light, a living room with TV and a Puff bed, two bathrooms, a shower room, and three bedrooms one with a double bed and a puff bed in the room, one with three single beds and one with a double bed and another single bed.
From the kitchen you access the garden where there is a large barbecue and from where you go up to a terrace that accesses the plant at street level through the living room and through a bedroom.
The house has the wooden beamed ceilings, which give it warmth and make it very cozy being open the living room on the top floor from where you can see the living room on the main floor and vice versa.
The house is located in a very quiet urbanization near the natural park of the Sierra de Moncayo where there is a swimming pool for adults and children, sports area, bar, playground and a viewpoint to the top of Moncayo.
