Rovinj is romantic, historic, and looks and feels more Italian than Croatian. With twisting city streets, a bustling, photogenic harbor, and some of the best seafood restaurants in Croatia, this is a town that is not to be missed.

New villa Rovinj center is situated in Rovinj, just a few minutes' by foot from restaurant, shop, bar...everything is near and yet you have your peace and privacy. Villa offers three cozy bedrooms each with en-suite shower bathroom, SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with SAT-TV. The whole area is on the ground floor and connected with spacious outdoor space. Outdoor is dominated by the pool 12x5x1,5m,souranded by lounge area, sun loungers, and dining area as well as BBQ.

Everything is furnished in contemporary style with clean straight lines, modern furniture and exquisite details. You will love mix of grey and yellow in the living room and bright shiny white in the kitchen.
