Renovated apartment located a few metres from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



Located on the first floor without a lift and with a maximum capacity for 4 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



It consists of a furnished terrace of 30 m2 where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun.



Dining room with TV and air conditioning and direct access to the terrace by going down some stairs. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.



Consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm), a room with bunk beds (80x185cm) and 1 bathroom with a shower.



Garage for a car included in the price.



Optional air conditioning (50 euros/week).



Pets not allowed.



Ideal apartment for families, no bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft, sporadische Einrichtung, geräumig. Man könnte mal wieder streichen und ein paar Schrauben festziehen. Schöne Terrasse, leider ohne nennenswerten Blick. Im Verhältnis zum Preis aber durchaus zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Küche nur für Frühstück genutzt.

Nos ha parecido bien la distribución y situación del apartamento y un punto muy importante disponer de parking. Cosa muy importante en Calella en estas épocas En general los utensilios de cocina son mejorables .Aunque los hayamos aquilador a finales de temporada, deberían haber más cantidad de elementos en la cocina y mejor estado con relación a los elementos de cocina,(las sartenes principalmente y cazuelas), estaban de prorables.

Bel appartement mais bruyant travaux en cours

Super appartement avec garage et terasse par contre manque cruellement d ustensiles de cuisine et nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit dans la journée en raison de travaux à l étage au dessus reveil 7h30 sinon tres calme le soir

Emplacement parfait

L',appartement est assez spacieux et vraiment très bien placé, proche des plages et des commerces. La terrasse est agréable. Il y a une place de parking couverte et donc à l',ombre. Il faut récupérer les clefs à Llafranc dans une agence. La climatisation est en supplément donc ils ne vous donnent la télécommande que si vous payez ce supplément. Le bruit des volets roulants des commerces de la rue que les employés ouvrent et ferment bruyamment toute la journée et même la nuit jusqu',à 1h du matin. Ça fait un bruit d',enfer et ça vous réveille en sursaut.

Appartement agréable, idéalement situé à Calella, à 2 pas de la mer et en plus avec un parking très appréciable !!L’équipement de l’appartement lui est sommaire (tout juste le minimum), il nous manquait un barbecue ou une plancha pour profiter pleinement de cette jolie terrasse.A noter : la terrasse donne sur le parking mais celui-ci est très calme.Enfin, nous avons eu la déconvenue que le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas (il tourne mais ne lave pas..). Carolina et l’agence sont très réactives et à l’écoute néanmoins !! 👍

Ein schönes Appartement mit guter Aussicht und die schöne Terrasse und einen festen Parkplatz Das einzige was an dem Apartment nicht so schön war, die Matzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden und die Türen könnten mal geölt werden.

Totalmente recomendable

Fuimos en el mes de Octubre pareciéndonos la ubicacion excelente, silenciosa,centrica,a 50 metros de la playa ,con parking privado y apartamento amplio y limpio. Totalmente recomendable. La zona es espectacular. Si podemos,volveremos al apartamento de Carolina. El problema del apartamento es el desagüe del baño que emana olor a cañerias, pero no nos resulto demasiado molesto ya que a veces nos parecio que se mezclaba con olor de mar,ademas este problema se mitigaba facilmente cerrando la puerta del baño o abriendo las ventanas ya que tiene ventilación cruzada.Otro aspecto a mejorar sería la terraza sin luz exterior, no pudiendo disfrutarla de noche.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkomplizierter Ablauf, wir sind sehr zufrieden 😀

Wir haben aufgrund eines Wasserschadens eine andere Wohnung bekommen. Diese Wohnung war zwar nicht modern, aber alles was man benötigt war da. Die Lage war optimal. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, sprach gut deutsch und persönlich am Wohl ihrer Mieter interessiert!
