Luxury all inclusive house share for professionals, located less than a mile from the city centre and has great transport links. Ideal for those working in the city or slightly further afield.

Studio apartment, newly converted for sharing. The property has a fully equipped kitchen/diner, including microwave and dishwasher. All appliances, pots & pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. are supplied. In addition, there is a sitting area, with wall mounted flat-screen TV including Virgin TiVo. Small but perfectly formed rear garden, with a nice seating area and bike store.
Location
Ideally located Within walking disatance of Derby city centre, with bus routes just outside the property. Easy access by car to the A38/A50 and onto the M1. One mile from the university and 5 minutes drive to the hospital.
