PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 40 years old are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund.



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bedding and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe box. CMTV at entrance.



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time. If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.

Please inform us at least one day in advance if you will be leaving before 11:00 am. If you depart after 11:00 am until 7:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.
