posizione centrale, vicino alla spiaggia

Il monolocale è piccolo ma molto accogliente, ideale per due persone e per trascorrere una vacanza in intimità con la propria compagnia. la Posizione è strategica per arrivare sia in piazza che in spiaggia, peccato essere venuti in inverno ma torneremo per l'estate.

Ho trascorso 10 gg ad agosto l'anno scorso con mio marito e il nostro bimbo nell'appartamento Corallo, tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto! L' appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione: dotato di tutti i confort, pulito ed in posizione strategica (a due passi dal mare e dalla piazza di Marina di Ragusa). Valerio è stato super disponibile, ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste a qualsiasi ora e con cortesia...insomma come avere un'amico sul posto! Lo consiglio a tutti!!

Apartment Perla, excellent!

My husband and I recently stayed at Apartment Perla, one of the three apartments belonging to Antonio D'Asta. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for the shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable and well equipped (although a kettle and toaster would have been appreciated for us Brits!!). Valerio, who is listed as one of the contacts, made our stay! He was so incredibly helpful and welcoming - bringing us delicious local ricotta pastries and assisting with any questions and request we had. It was a great starting place for the rest of our Sicilian trip. We had a great time!

Spettacolare accoglienza!

Sono stato con la mia famiglia in vacanza a luglio. Location molto bella, nuova, pulitissima, attrezzata di tutto e curata nei minimi particolari. Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento "Corallo", in centro paese a meno di 5' a piedi dalla piazza centrale, dai negozi e dalla spiaggia. Da evidenziare la grande disponibilità e simpatia di Valerio che si è prodigato per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Tutto ciò ci ha permesso di trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. Ci torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a tutti. Grazie di tutto. Antonella, Martina e Nicola (prov. di Torino)

niente finestre

Buona la disponibilità del titolare peccato che nell'appartamento per due persone non ci siano finestre . Solo la porta d'ingresso non credo che rispetti i canoni d'abitabilità . Nonostante l'appartamento sia arredato benissimo è situato direttamente su una strada pubblica dove chiunque parcheggia , viene così a perdere qualunque armonia e interesse . Riassumendo consiglio di prendere un appartamento più grande perché sono situati nell'interno di un cortile.

Grazie per il vostro suggerimento ma il monolocale Mare sposa un concept di tendenza e designer che solo in poche strutture si riesce a raggiungere. Purtroppo sono d'accordo che chi lo sceglie sarà costretto ad alcuni compromessi ma la POSIZIONE e lo STILE rendono questa struttura unica nel suo genere per pochi "amatori". Nel mese di luglio e agosto la strada viene interdetta al traffico pertanto non è possibile parcheggiare, davanti la porta d'ingresso ma comunque il parcheggio si trova lungo le strade limitrofe. All'interno della struttura possono essere scelti anche degli appartamenti più grandi.

veramente bella

Sono un affezionato di Marina di Ragusa e quest'anno ho scoperto questa nuova struttura: nuovissima, ristrutturata da poco, arredata con molto gusto e originalità. Posizione centralissima a soli 100 metri dalla piazza (centro della movida) e dal mare. I ragazzi che la gestiscono molto simpatici e sempre disponibili. La consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò.

Un sogna da non dimenticare mai

E' stato un sogno alloggiare presso questo appartamento, tutto incantevole e curato in ogni dettaglio, tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo, siamo stati solo due giorni ma sono stati indimenticabili. Le case disponibili sono due una più grande e una più piccola, noi abbiamo affittato quella più piccola, comodissima per 2 persone, non manca nulla, la camera da letto è fantastica con i muri in pietra e il letto a baldacchino, anche la posizione è eccezionale, si arriva a piedi in un minuto alla piazza principale e in spiaggia. Non è la prima volta che vedo a Marina di Ragusa ma senz'altro questa è la casa migliore che ho mai affittato. Spero di tornare presto e trovare posto presso.

Un sogno indimenticabile

E' stato un sogno alloggiare presso questo splendido appartamento, tutto perfetto in ogni dettaglio, tutto curatissimo e nuovissimo. Gli appartamenti da poter scegliere sono due, uno più grande e uno più piccolo, noi abbiamo alloggiato in quello più piccolo comodissimo per 2 persone, anche la posizione è eccezionale, a piedi si raggiunge la piazza principale e la spiaggia. Non è la prima volta che mi fermo a Marina di Ragusa e credetemi questa è stata la casa migliore che abbia mai trovato.
