Ca siemu è un piccolo palazzetto di 3 piani immerso nella bellezza di Ragusa Ibla. È un edificio antico costruito 300 anni fa con la sua tipica volta in pietra che comprende una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato ed una cucina attrezzata per semplici piatti e la colazione. La struttura è dotata di climatizzatore silenziosissimo, tv e netflix, wifi, giradischi e lavatrice. Troverete sempre un set di biancheria doccia e kit cortesia. Per i soggiorni da 5 giorni in su verrà fornito un cambio biancheria, è disponibile anche la pulizia su richiesta. Colazione non fornita, ma cialde di caffè, bottiglie di acqua e diversi thè sono offerte dalla struttura. La zona adiacente comprende l'unico ampio parcheggio gratuito di tutta Ibla. Passeggiando per le piccole "stratuzze" potrete ammirare alcuni dei palazzi più antichi di Ragusa Ibla come Palazzo Cosentini, Palazzo Arezzo fino ad arrivare al maestoso Duomo di San Giorgio con la sua cupola che si affaccia sulla piazza.

Cute apartment, wonderful host!
Perfect location with easy access to both parts of Ragusa, and adjacent free parking. Apartment is small but uniquely desiged, so it has everything. Host adorable, thoughtful and made great suggestions.

The perfect little place
The lady is very nice, she works hard to give you the perfect advices. This little 300 y.o. house is really a dream to live in with a great view. Right beetween both section on the city. I loved every minute of my stay. I recommend it strongly. Be advised that you definitly need a car to travel in Sicilia particularly the south east

Host and Hostess were excellent with communicating, very helpful with explaining everything as well as giving suggestions to places to go. The place is wonderful and unique. Parking is located very close, some is free but most requires payment that can be done using Easy Pay app.
