Beautiful House Privileged Location Unique View

Beautiful villa with privileged surroundings. Located on the waterfront promenade in the highest area of Punta Colorada: unique views with sunrises and sunsets to enjoy daily.
Located 30km from Punta del Este and 8 from Piriapolis, you can enjoy the best of the summer scene from a haven of peace and tranquility.
Large windows surround the house so the views invade all environments.
Very comfortable, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, garage, barbecue, direct TV.

The place
Ample spaces with windows that surround the whole house. Large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen very well equipped. Outdoor showers with hot water for comforting baths after enjoying long evenings on the beach.
The sea is present in all environments and tempts us to go down to the beach all the time which is so close that there is no laziness to go down to take a refreshing swim in the green ocean waters. Ideal also for water sports with beautiful wave highly esteemed by local surfers.

The house is located in a corner on the rambla, but the street does not reach the rambla, which makes it very very quiet
