COME AND ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED TOWNHOUSE LOCATED ON LAKE DESOTO. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH TWO SEPARATE LIVING AREAS. ENJOY LAKE LIVING AT IT'S BEST AS YOU CAN WALK FROM THE DECK ON THE BACK OF THE HOUSE ONTO THE BOAT DOCK LOCATED DIRECTLY BEHIND OUR HOME. YOU CAN FISH OFF THE BOAT DOCK, TAKE A SWIM IN THE LAKE OR JUST ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. OUR HOME IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR WEEKEND OR LONGER STAY. THERE ARE 2 PARKING SPACES IN FRONT OF THE HOME FOR YOUR USE.



WALK INTO THE MAIN LEVEL AND THERE IS A LARGE LIVING AREA, DINING AREA, AND FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN. ALSO, KING MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM WITH WALK THROUGH TO ADJOINING ROOM WITH 2 TWIN BEDS AND GREAT LAKE VIEWS. THERE IS AN ELECTRIC FIREPLACE IN THE UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM. DOWNSTAIRS IS ANOTHER FULL LIVING AREA (FIREPLACE SHOWN IN PHOTOS IS INOPERABLE) . LARGE KING MASTER BEDROOM, LARGE MASTER BATH AND SEPARATE ROOM ADJOINS THE MASTER WITH BUNK BEDS.



OUR HOME SLEEPS 8 COMFORTABLY. ALSO THE SOFA IN THE UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA MAKES OUT INTO A BED AND HAS A MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. 4 TV'S ARE CABLE READY AND THE TV IN THE MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS IS A SMART TV FOR YOUR VIEWING ENJOYMENT. LOCATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL, QUIET CASTELLON COURTS NEIGHBORHOOD. CLOSE TO THE MARINA, WALKING TRAILS, GOLF COURSES, GROCERY STORE AND ALL THE AMENITIES THE VILLAGE HAS TO OFFER. THERE ARE 8 GOLF COURSES AND 9 LAKES LOCATED IN HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE. ONLY A SHORT 20 MINUTE DRIVE TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN HOT SPRINGS WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY A DAY AT THE SPA, TAKE A CARRIAGE RIDE, RIDE THE WHITE DUCK, SHOPPING AND SIGHT SEEING. WHILE DOWNTOWN YOU MIGHT ALSO WANT TO GO UP THE MOUNTAIN TO THE MOUNTAIN TOWER WHICH OFFERS SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE AREA SURROUNDING HOT SPRINGS. NOT FAR FROM DOWNTOWN IS MAGIC SPRINGS WATER AND AMUSEMENT PARK. OAKLAWN RACING AND GAMING IS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN WHICH OFFERS SEASONAL LIVE RACING, AND A FULL TIME CASINO FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

Great place for extended family Vacation

I almost felt that the manager was standing by the front to answer any of our needs. Day or night, any text was answered almost immediately. The view was great. Supplies were plentiful. While our early birds slept on the main floor, the rest of us were able to play cards and watch TV below without disturbing them. It was perfect for us.

Great Stay

Perfect place to stay at the lake. Great views from the lower deck. Located close to all fun outdoor activities. The house is well layed out and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Higly recommended.

Townhouse was in a nice quiet neighborhood, clean, spacious and as described. We had a free live concert from marina across the way (Fri & Sat pm) that we enjoyed while eating dinner on the deck. Host was very timely answering questions and accommodating to a request we had. We absolutely loved the area!

Quiet stay by the lake

The property is as nice the pictures show. The living room spaces upstairs and down are great to relax in and beds are comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you’d need to make meals. Very clean. Pretty views!

Exactly what we needed!

This property had everything we wanted for a peaceful, quiet, relaxing time away from home! It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced. So well decorated and stocked. The pictures do not do it justice. Host was excellent and even had great restaurant recommendations! Highly recommend and hope we get to return some day!

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed the location of this property. Across from our finger of the lake was a small gathering place if some type. We did not go there but enjoyed the live music that was playing one of the nights we were there from the covered deck. We liked the security of staying in Hot Springs Village because you needed a pass to get through the gate. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

Our stay at this townhouse was awesome. It was clean, tidy & decorated nicely. All accommodations were there. There was not a working tv in the main bedroom upstairs but overall our stay was enjoyable. Thanks to my host Tammy Lee, she was awesome. I would truly recommend this place to friends and wil return later.

Awesome Lake Vacation

We could not have found better accommodations for my wife and sister. We were attending a small family retreat and needed accommodations for three of us. We could easily have slept 6-8 people but enjoyed having the run of this lakefront rental. So clean and well-furnished. The location near the front gate was ideal as family members were staying nearby. Tammy Lee was so helpful and easy to reach. We will be back.

Very nice home

This was a very nice and comfortable house to stay in during our annual stay in Hot Springs. The view from the downstairs portion of the house was very nice. Tammy responded in a very timely manner to resolve any issues that needed to be addressed. The only things that I would like to report are the following: there was NO place to hang towels in the downstairs part of the house, there was only 1 hanger in the closet downstairs, there was VERY minimal drawer space for clothes downstairs, and it was always cold downstairs. I would recommend this house, but just keep these factors in mind.

THE PLACE TO BE

I have nothing but beyond positive things to say about this listing the pictures do not do it justice. There is a ton of space and everything is completely updated in remodeled the house was clean and pristine from top to bottom and the host was so easy to get a hold up and super quick to respond, can we talk about the amazing view on the back deck? The string lights made it so relaxing in the evening to sit out there with a glass of wine my favorite part was there was a living room room bedroom and bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs so everybody had their own space to sit down and relax at the end of the night. This will be our favorite stay yet , and I think will be booking from here on out !

Gorgeous condo with views of Lake DeSoto

Three lady birthday trip...this was one of the best times I've had...the condo was absolutely stunning....the kitchen was stocked so well...the beds were delicious...the setting was so serene and beautiful nature everywhere.....great little walking path to the other side of our condo. Hot Springs was a fun little town. It was an easy drive from Edmond, Ok...5 hours but great interstate roads and fun twists and turns when we got into Arkansas headed for the condo. We had amazing weather which added to the great trip. We all want to come back to this condo but in the summer where we can rent kayaks and go onto the lake. We would give lots more stars if they had more!!!!!
