Very clean, cute and cozy house. Lots of room for us to spread out with a good-sized closet. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very relaxing with lots of hot water. The only issue some people may need to consider is the number of steps to get to the house. It was too hot for us to walk to the downtown area, but it was a short drive. Would recommend this place if you are going to Hot Springs.

Great location - very easy to get to anything that we wanted to do! The dedicated parking spot was very nice as well. Beds were very comfortable and we had just about everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend here in Hot Springs.

My husband and I took a little weekend getaway to celebrate his milestone birthday. The Poppy House was the perfect base for us as we explored Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, and the lakes. We had a lovely, romantic weekend and staying at this property was a huge contributor. The kitchen gave me the opportunity to cook fresh, delicious meals for us, the living room provided a wonderfully cozy movie night while snuggled on the couch, and don't even get me started on the freshest shower I've ever taken with the rainfall showerhead. This was a great trip and we really appreciate Jason and Dawn's hospitality.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Poppy House was great! Jason & Dawn were attentive and communicative, the property is located super close to town and everything around it, and it was great for us and our kids.

House was close to everything we wanted to do. And was very clean. Could have used some hot pads in the kitchen and another kitchen towel. But overall a very relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

We had a wonderful time at this quaint, modernized vintage home in Hot Springs! Very clean and cozy. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive when we needed him. Although a little farther of a walk to downtown than we were comfortable with, it was a super easy to reach by car in just a few minutes. Great hosts and a great home! Thank you!

All destinations that we wanted to go to took 10min or less! Downtown is very close as well. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the house was very clean and had everything we needed!

The house was clean and beautiful but smells old and wet and couldn’t the smell out of it Wi-Fi didn’t work and them long stairs don’t work good to get in and out

Very clean and nicely decorated. Host couple were very prompt with any replies. Mind you , there are lots of steps to climb to get to the front door. As long as you’re aware, no problems . We were there Arkansas Derby weekend . Had a blast !
