This comfortable apartment is found on the ground floor of a small complex. Fully furnished in notably tasteful style, the accommodation is an enjoyable base for a beach holiday or for discovering the North Holland region. There's a pretty kitchen and a lovely living room with decorative fireplace (bio-ethanol) and other features. The great advantage of being on the ground floor is that it gives you the use of a south-facing terrace and garden with furniture.

While staying in this apartment you can also use the facilities offered by the adjacent holiday park, Strandslag Juliana.

Strandnahe Wohnung, leider schon in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine Renovierung und ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Wände brauchen dringend neuen Anstrich, Deckenplatten und Fliesen sind teilweise kaputt, Abluft total verdreckt, Abfluss in der Badewanne verstopft, Geschirr zusammengesucht und angeschlagen. Ein Gartenstuhl ist beim Reinsetzen zusammengebrochen, das Sofa hat auch schon Sitzeinbuchtungen. Die Heizung funktionierte, gerade im Badezimmer und trotz Thermostat, nicht verlässlich. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. An deutschen Fernsehkanälen gab es ARD, ZDF, WDR und NDR. Alle anderen waren gesperrt. Parken konnte man sogar umsonst auf dem großen Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude. Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut, man muss jedoch einen sehr steilen Anstieg durch die Dünen nehmen. Nichts für Gehbehinderte. Der Strand ist wirklich toll, sehr breit und die Dünenlandschaft ist super und sehr gut zum Radfahren geeignet.

Negative Erfahrungen mit Fewo

Das Objekt war eine einzige Baustelle. Komplett eingerüstet, da das Dach neu gedeckt wurde. Transportables für das Material genau vor unserem Schlafzimmer.
