"Huis Hermes" Luxury holiday home in Julianadorp aan zee, North Holland

The comfortably furnished holiday home offers everything for a wonderful holiday for a maximum of 6 persons: It is located only 400m from dunes, beach and sea in the thatched settlement "Duynopgangh". The exact location of the house, please refer to the photo in our gallery.
Overall, the house has 120 square meters. Downstairs there is a new modern kitchen and a cozy living-dining room, a gas fireplace provides here for special atmosphere. Toilets and a storage room with washing machine are also available.
The upper floor was completely refurbished and partly renovated. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 1,80x2m, 1 double bed 1,60x2m and in the third room 2 single beds 1x2m). The new bathroom has a bath and shower.
In the garden you will find a terrace with modern garden furniture, as well as another "water terrace" made of wood, situated on the "Fleet", a small watercourse that leads through the park.
In a garden house with thatched roof umbrellas, 2 beach chairs and a car are available. Before the house can max. 2 car park. Due to the thatched roofs, open fires and barbecues with charcoal are prohibited, a high-quality Weber electric grill is available.
WI-FI available. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are also not allowed.
The arrival and departure days are Friday / Saturday and Monday.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einer süßen Ferienanlage. Das Meer ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Radwege überall, echt toll. Absolutes Highlight ist der schöne Garten mit Grill. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Da uns die Gegend so gut gefallen hat, haben wir erneut ein Ferienhaus in Julianadorp für eine Woche gebucht. Wir fanden das Haus sehr gemütlich und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und die gemietete Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher waren ebenfalls angenehm. Der Check-In Vorgang lief ebenfalls super sowie allgemein der Kontakt zu Frau Hermes. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich dennoch: Insgesamt war das Haus sauber, allerdings nur leider sehr staubig an einigen Stellen sowie einige Spinnenweben mit Staub belegt im Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist die Gegend sowie das Haus sehr zu empfehlen! Danke!

Wunderbarer Osterurlaub

Uns hat es im "Huis Hermes" sehr gut gefallen! Besonders toll sind Lage und Ausstattung. Man hat nur einen kurzen Weg zum Strand, den man problemlos zu Fuß erledigen kann. Es steht zudem ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Auch sonst bleiben keine Wünsche offen, die Küche ist topp ausgestattet. Wir konnten sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen backen - alles war vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr freundlich, gemütlich und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Osterurlaub und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles da, was man braucht, viel Platz für die ganze Familie und eine hervorragende Lage: unweit zum Strandaufgang der Dünen und trotzdem geschützt und ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke schön!

Schöner Urlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Strand war Fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, was den Urlaub sehr entspannt gestaltet hat. Unsere Bitte zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne einmal wieder.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, das Haus hat eine schöne Aufteilung und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super für alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Gas Ofen für die kühleren Tage ist ein Highlight. Leider war nicht alles sauber. Der Backofen die Schubladen in der Küche sowie Teile des Bestecks mussten wir erstmal schrubben. Der Bereich hinter dem Herd ist bespritzt und klebrig. Auch der Baby Hochstuhl musste vor Nutzung erstmal gereinigt werden. Das war bei Ankunft nicht so schön. Auch das Bad könnte sauberer sein. Für das „Luxus Haus“ definitiv ein Minus Punkt.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat eine super Ausstattung. Egal nach was man gesucht hat, man wurde fündig. Das Ferienhaus können wir wirklich empfehlen :)
