We stayed 4–11 May 2026 under the name “Villa Edlin” (shown on the plaque outside), although we also noticed the same property advertised on VRBO as “Villa Levante” using identical photos. We queried this with the host and reassured it was legitimate.Communication with the host was very good and any issues were resolved promptly. We had a faulty kettle and a toilet that continuously flushed overnight, which unfortunately disturbed sleep until a replacement part arrived.Be very clear when arranging airport transfers. We were quoted 280 and assumed this was return transport, but later discovered it was each way. Also be specific if requesting a food shop and ask for a printed till receipt. We were given a typed PDF summary and felt the cost seemed a little high, although it helped enormously on arrival and the host was very helpful overall. The villa is accessed via many steep steps followed by a further walk along a path before reaching the property, so this may be difficult when carrying heavy luggage or for anyone with mobility issues. Local buses are regular and far cheaper than taxis — we paid 40 for a short trip from the top of the hill to the marina. The living area layout differed slightly from the photos and one “twin” room had been prepared as a double, although this was quickly corrected when requested.Overall we had a lovely stay and found the host responsive and helpful throughout
