Martha's View - Lake front house with slip at the Marina included

Table Rock lake front with a Large gently sloping yard with easy walk to the water with a beautiful view of the lake. A Slip at Big M Marina is included. Watch boats going up and down the lake from large picture windows in the sun room. Three bedroom, two bath house nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just blocks from Big M Marina, boat ramp. After a day of boating, enjoy an evening on the open patio equipped with a chimenea and a free standing fire pit. Then take a short walk down the gently sloping yard to have a late afternoon swim, or get the fishing poles out for the kids. If you would like to take a break from cooking just minutes away Big M Marina has a screened in outdoor bar and grill with an ice cream store. Big M also offers overnight boat slips and boat rentals. Roaring River is just 10 miles away where you can tour the trout hatchery, fish, or hike several trails. There are blue grass bands that play in the outdoor amphitheater every Friday night at 7 pm through September. Branson Missouri is about an hours drive and Eureka Springs, Arkansas is a 30 minute drive.

Summer vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Me, my wife, son and grandkids all had a wonderful time. It was the perfect spot for fishing, kayaking and swimming. The house served as an excellent "home base" for our other activities in the Branson area. Great for a long weekend getaway - hassle free with everything you need!

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect place for a family vacation! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and lakefront property with kayaks and fishing and jumping in the lake off the boat dock! The house has everything you need to feel at home! We loved that it was close to Eureka Springs and Roaring River State Park! There are many things to do in the area but being on the lake in this charming house with beautiful views made it hard to leave!

We came to spend time on table rock lake and the distance to Big M marina was fantastic to get to the included slip, maybe 5 min drive at most. Beautiful view of the lake from the dining room. Easy walk to the dock for swimming. Had all the essentials you could think of. Highly recommend!

Relax at Table Rock

Perfect getaway for my wife and I. We had great communication with the property owner. The house was very clean and a perfect blend of modern touches with the traditional “Lake House”. If you are looking for an opportunity to enjoy Missouri Ozarks, swimming, boating, and fishing in a family environment, this is it. I hope to go back.

This is such a quant property. Perfectly situated next to the lake front and marina where we rented our boat. Air conditioning is always a concern but we arrived to a cool home and stayed cool all weekend long. Older home but had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay again. Weekend getaway for Anniversary

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The view was really nice and peaceful. We had a lot of rain so we decided to stay in and watch Netflix. Everything was very nice and clean, beds were comfy!
