About this property

Finca Lomo Grande, La Gomera

This farm belongs to the Hermigua Valley. In it, there is a rural house located on the side of one of the mountains of this beautiful town. A house with more than 100 years old that has been restored and adapted, preserving those wide walls characteristic of the Canarian houses and preserving the wooden gable roof in the design. The size and original design of the doors remain in the rooms while maintaining the essence of an old house.

Accommodation
The decoration is modern, cozy and functional in order to enjoy a warm and comfortable stay.
Our greatest treasure is the views, leaving a valley with huge leafy mountains at our feet. In short, a show for all the senses.
The location of the house is at the beginning of a route that will take you to La Ermita de San Juan and El Cedro. The trail crosses a valley that reveals the clouds dragged by trade winds, you can also enjoy the native flora such as heather, fayal, laurel and a variety of endemic Garajonay trees.

Altes Haus

Das Haus liegt an einem Berghang und sehr schwer zu finden.Als Tip ,ein kleines Hinweisschild am unteren Treppenzugang anbringen.Das Haus hat keine Heizung,bei Tagestemperaturen um 18-20 Grad,wird es schattig im Haus.Besonders das morgendliche Duschen erfordert eine Überwindung.Die Küche liegt ausserhalb des eigentlichen Wohnbereichs,über den Balkon zu erreichen.Die Hausübergabe erfolgt unpersönlich,die Vermieterin war nicht vorort.Als Abschluß,wer Camping gewohnt ist und keine Angst vor sehr steilen Straßen hat,kann das Haus mieten.
