Large newly renovated villa in one of the best areas of Playa Blanca, overlooking the sea from the upper terrace and the natural park of the Ajaches, near the beaches of Papagayo and the Marina Rubicon port. A few meters from the urbanization there is a bus stop and supermarket. It has a private heated pool, free Wifi, Smart TV 50 "with international channels and chill out terrace
