Private villas with it´s own private swimming pool, heated by solar blankets with a big terrace and BBQ area in a peace location with wonderful view to Los Ajaches Mountains. All BBC channels, + SKY Channels + Available German + Dutch + French and Italian channels + Good Internet . The villa is located at 5 minutes away by car , from heart town centre. The bus stop is 10 minutes walking from the villa. The villa is bright and spaciou, with large main bedroom with big wardrove, TV and treadmill. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with large built wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and other bedroom with with king bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. all of this makes of this villa a perfect option for big families travelling together and all type of guess. The villa offer, 2 large terraces with fantastic open view to the biggest mountain in lanzarote, There is an enclosed great area with grill and with built BBQ, perfect for dining and at same time to be protect for the wind, there is a big table fro all family. Large- private sunbathing area , large swimming pools , ( max depth 1.5) . DVD and good Internet. Children friendly .Cot, high chair and baby bath available for FREE.

We were met at the Villa by the host. Very friendly and full of information. I had contacted previous with questions and she was quick to respond. Also with the couple of questions we had while staying at the villa. The villa is to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely and warm and also immaculately clean. The pool guy came during our stay also. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The rooms are a good size with tvs and WiFi which our teenagers were thankful of! The villa is minutes walk from Lidl and a 10-15 walk into resort. Roads and walkways all wheelchair friendly. We hired a car due to disabilities and the company also fantastic brought car to the villa and collected from villa. This was our first villa holiday and can honestly say we’re converted from the rat race of all inclusive hotels! We would highly recommend this villa and will most definitely be returning.

I would thoroughly recommend staying at Chalet Medina. Barbara is such a great host and nothing is too much trouble. The villa is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you would need. When we went out the town is a nice 15 minute walk away and the marina a further 30 mins.

We were a family of 5 with 3 children aged 16, 13 and 11. The villa had more than enough space for us, its huge! And so much storage space. It has eveything you could possibly need from an inflatable pump to an outside toilet and shower.The outside space and swimming pool was fab. Good sunbeds, warm swimming pool and a decent pool depth for messing around in.We didn't hire a car and coped fine. You are a 10/15 mins walk to the beach and restaurants one way and a 10 mins walk to Lidl the other way. We even walked to Aqualava water park which took about 25 mins to get to.Barbara was very helpful. She met us to show us round and to hand over keys and was contactable throughout our stay to solve any issues we had. The TV and all it's channels (including sky sports) was a hit!The only negative we could come up with was it would be better if there was air conditioning throughout. We knew it was only in one room so can't complain about this.If we were ever to visit Lanzarote again we would definitely consider rebooking.

Wir Drei (60) haben uns so wohl gefühlt in dem schönen geräumigen Haus. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Jeden Abend draußen mit einem Glas Wein zu verbringen- pure Entspannung.

Barbara was a great host and dealt with any questions during our stay. The villa is lovely and private, around 15 minutes walk from the town and 5 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket. There is a lovely restaurant within 5 minutes walk with amazing food

Lovely Villa

This was the first time we have stayed in a villa and it did not disappoint. Communication from booking to arriving was brilliant and Barbara was lovely and a great host. The villa is huge and the pool a good size. We did have an issue with the pool but after a quick call to Barbara it was sorted the same day. Loads of outdoor space and plenty of different seating/loungers. The villa had everything we needed, even beach towels and the treadmill was great and was used by us all. We stayed for 13 nights and the towels and bedding were changed after our first week along with a clean of the rooms. There is a broom and mop and bucket to freshen up inbetween. You are supplied with 2 keys which was useful for different members of our family to go out separately.We had a car but still walked down to the promenade which took 10 mins and you are approx 7 min walk from Cash Diplo supermarket. The new Lidl is easily reached by car in less than 5 mins. Nearest restaurant is 5-7 mins away called El Tonel and we ate there a couple of times as the meals were great value and the staff were lovely.I would definitely stay at this villa again recommend it to anyone thinking of booking.

Great Villa, Reccommeded

We loved our stay in the villa and would look forward to returning for future winter sun. The property was spotless and the rooms spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Despite being very late on arrival, Barbara welcomed us and made us felt at home immediately. Outside space was more than generous with seating areas in the garden, pool area and balcony. We made full use of the barbecue and enjoyed our alfresco dining. The location is great with easy access by car to Playa Blanca beach, Rubicon marina, restaurants and Lidl. Also, it is a good base from which to explore the island.We recommend this villa and would be happy to stay again.to stay again.hahappy to stay again.

Beautiful Villa

We loved our week in Chalet Medina. The villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It’s a 10 min stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca and 45 to Marina Rubicón along the coastal path. There is a new Lidl supermarket just 5 min drive away for everything you need. Barbara was very helpful with check in and came to see us off when we left and gave us some great advice for our last day in Lanzarote. I really hope I get to stay at Chalet Medina again.

Globalement satisfaisant

Beaucoup de points positifs : hôte agréable et réactive, très elle maison très bien située avec une superbe piscine et terrasse. Quartier tout près de la plage et des commerces (10-15min à pieds, 5 min en voiture) et bel agencement de la maison avec plein de serviettes (plage, bain,...) Le seul point négatif mais qui nous a beaucoup embêtés car nous y sommes très sensibles c'est le bruit : de la route, des voisins dans la chambre principale qui est mitoyenne à la maison d'à côté (le foot à fond, les cris), les aboiements du chien en pleine nuit, la clim qui sonne on ne sait pas pourquoi. Je tiens à préciser que l'hôte est allée voir les voisins très gentiment mais il n'y a pas eu d'efforts de leur part. Sans le bruit, j'aurais mis 5/5 car le reste était top. Peut être qu'il faudrait rajouter de la vaisselle. Merci à Barbara pour son accueil chaleureux.

Hill family stay

A fantastic property with beautiful sunrises, it has everything you need to relax. Walks into town takes no more than 15 mins. The villa has everything you need for a great family holiday. The marina is a great place to eat at night but you are best to access via a car from here. Would highly recommend staying here, thank you Barbara.
