The bus stop is 10 minutes walking from the villa. The villa is bright and spaciou, with large main bedroom with big wardrove, TV and treadmill. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with large built wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and other bedroom with with king bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. all of this makes of this villa a perfect option for big families travelling together and all type of guess. The villa offer, 2 large terraces with fantastic open view to the biggest mountain in lanzarote, There is an enclosed great area with grill and with built BBQ, perfect for dining and at same time to be protect for the wind, there is a big table fro all family. Large- private sunbathing area , large swimming pools , ( max depth 1.5) . DVD and good Internet. Children friendly .Cot, high chair and baby bath available for FREE.

Easter vacation

This was a lovely property and very spacious. The villa was very clean with pool & villa cleaning services, inc. linen change, after 1 week The villa is in a built up area but on the outskirts so there are good views & a short 10-15 min. walk to the town & beach. As a semi detached property at night you could hear next door’s TV around 21:00 in the main downstairs bedroom, though it wasn’t late into the night. You could also hear neighbours over the road as I think they had a few evening celebrations, again they didn’t go on too late. Neither could be heard from upstairs. The property had a comfortable internal climate, but as a UK family the thick winter quilt was too much, a blanket and sheet would have been just right. The quilt was too warm for us when coming from a much cooler home temperature. Air conditioning was available but seemed a shame to use this because of bedding options. Holiday makers from warmer countries would have had this problem I’m sure. The location is very handy to get around and in all honesty a car isn’t needed if you don’t mind walking, using excursions and the odd taxi for shopping. Whilst there we made use of Roy’s bikes to see the area on bicycle and frequent buffets at the China Royal. Can recommend both Would we holiday here again ? YES

Spacious villa with great outdoor space

A spacious villa with 3 good sized bedrooms and large living area. The outdoor space is very impressive with a large heated pool and BBQ area. The villa is situated just off the main road leading into Playa Blanca and is a 20 minute walk into the main town area. Communication with the host (Barbara) was excellent who met us on arrival and departure. We would be very happy to stay at Villa Medina in the future. Thank you Barbara!

Lovely relaxing stay

Barbara was fantastic throughout the whole process and gave us loads of good advice about things to do and see. The house is amazing with plenty of room and great facilities- it’s easy to find and the location is perfect with a nice 15 minute easy stroll to the beachfront which has loads of very good places to eat. There is a nice family beach in the town but the large more secluded beaches are only about 15-20 minutes drive away. We would definitely book with Barbara again!

Lovely! Big villa! Lovely host!

We came as group of 4 from the UK, & We absolutely would stay here again! Was a lovely welcoming villa! Very big spacious villa with balcony & pool space! Lovely comfortable beds, very accommodating loved our stay! A little walk away from the beach but there are scooters & taxis are available!

Lovely Villa 20mins walk to centre

The villa is set away on a small urbanisation, an easy flat walk into town or a taxi is less than 5 Euro. There is a god sized pool and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely large balcony. The villa is pretty well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tv's in all rooms etc and large wardrobes. We like to eat in sometimes and found the kitchen lacked a few basics such as chopping board, teapot which hopefully are there now as we bought and left these items; there is a very cheap Chinese Hardware shop in the near by industrial estate where you can buy pretty much anything including charcoal. On the same business estate is a very cheap supermarket where you can but pretty much all your food for a fraction of the price in town; 5l of water for 1 Euro, Large cans of beer for 60 cents and good wine for 2.5 Euro. No fresh OJ but it does stock British tea bags and cereals along with fresh bread. The villa does back onto a major road so there is some road noise but this did not bother us. Pool is cleaned regularly. To be clear this villa is No 4 and most taxi's know the area as 'Los Chalets' A small welcome pack would be nice to include say water, coffee and milk as if you arrive late places may not be open. There is also nothing in the villa to recommend places to eat, buy food or guides on how to use equipment. Also flat sheets would be nice for the beds as it can be too hot for duvets 'some' nights in the early months.
