A stones throw away from the Philarmonica and Falkner Street with traditional pubs, and fine-dining restaurants serving an upscale clientele, yet all within walking distance of the city centre but just enough distance for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The Space:
Completed to a high standard, this newly refurbished one bedroomed apartment with double sofabed, sleeps 4 comfortably… kingsize bed in the main bedroom with tv, new bathroom with shower, new kitchen, comfortable livingroom with sofabed and tv. Underfloor heating throughout the flat which makes for a cosy stay. Free secure carpark at the rear, fob access only and private entrance via carpark. EV charger on Bedford Street South which is chargeable, if available. If you require high chair or travel cot please request 1 week before arrival or sooner

You will never tire of this location, so much on hand, Philamonic and everyman theatres less than 3 minute walk, shops, restaurants and more and close to the royal hospital. 5 minute taxi ride from Lime Street station or a 15 minute walk

Lots of public transport links, Ubers and city centre walking distance... and if your brave enough venture out and hire a Voi scooter.... so many dotted around the city

Our Stay in Liverpool

We enjoyed our stay very much. We found the second floor unit comfortable, clean and quiet. It is in a good central location for walking down to the waterfront shops, restaurants and museums. There is an assigned parking space located behind the building, with a rear door directly into the building. We hope to be back soon.

Well located for a Liverpool city centre stay

Well located place to get your head down. Would have been better if property manager was more on top of payments but she was faultless in getting it sorted on the day. Minimal amenities for cooking etc in the flat but just what we needed. Great communication with Margaret. Thanks.

Very good location

The accommodation was comfortable and tidy. Within easy walking distance of buses, city centre, pubs/restaurants and local tourist attractions including both cathedrals. Having a secure parking space behind the apartment was a big bonus. It would have been helpful if we'd had instructions for all the appliances. We were unable to open windows in the bedroom so it got a bit stuffy. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and would recommended the apartment.

Nice, but not what I expected.

The place was in a good location, but there is an issue with heating. The first night we stayed there we woke up with it being 62 F. Margaret took off the lock on thermostats, but still couldn’t get the heat regulated. Also you need to be mind of the water when taking a showers it doesn’t stay hot very long. Other than those issues the place was fine. Margaret is a very nice host and try’s to be accommodating.

Georgian Quarter Liverpool Review

Margaret has a very comfortable and attractive accommodation. We were looking forward to the kingsize bed after sleeping in a double bed in London. The area is a quiet area and within walking distance of the sights of Liverpool. There is a bus stop nearby that we used several times to get to destinations, including The Beatle’s Story, which was an amazing journey back in time to where the Beatle’s first began playing. The only downside is that as Americans, we enjoy our coffee in the morning. The unit has a Nespresso machine, but there was a limited supply of expresso pods to use in it. We could only find Nestles coffee pods at the store nearby, but they would not work for the machine. We also initially had some difficulty gaining access to the property based upon the instructions provided to us, so that could be improved. Overall, we rated it a 5 because it was a nice 2 night stay for us.
