The center of this charming seaside resort is also within walking distance, which is definitely worth a visit! Here you can stroll through its streets, eat "tapas" on a sunny terrace or visit the lively harbor of this old fishing village. At 200 meters from the apartment you find a supermarket with a bakery (recommended: fresh orange juice with croissants for breakfast!). This luxury apartment is located in an exclusive complex with gorgeous courtyard and a lovely large swimming pool with sunbeds, which also is called the "swimming paradise". Illa Mar d'Or 7 has a living/dining room with sofa bed, TV (Spanish) and access to the terrace with views of the mountain 'Roca Maura. The open kitchen is equipped with a 2 ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom and two double bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and has a washing machine available. The complex has an elevator.

Ville de pêcheurs avec des plages très grandes et aussi une accessible aux chiens. Piscine très grande pour toute la copropriété. Supermarché à proximité, restaurants près de l'appartement et côté plage.. Un geste de la part du propriétaire nous attendait dans le frigo et des gourmandises pour notre chien. n

Tolle und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer von Einheimischen und Touristen bewohnten Anlage, die insgesamt recht ruhig und angenehm ist. Der Pool ist nie überfüllt. Ballspiele sind jedoch verboten. Der Strand und die Stadt sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt.
