This well-maintaned apartment is located directly (!) at the beach; a towel, sun cream and a bucket for sandcastles are the only things you have to think about. The beautiful boulevard in front of your holiday apartment takes you to the cozy center of L'Estartit and its active port, all within a 5 minute walk! The complex has a delightful communal pool and tennis court, which you can use for free. Roca Maura 4 consists of a living room with dining area, TV (Spanish) and sliding doors to the terrace, which offers stunning views over the Mediterranean sea. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, bathroom with toilet and shower and a small, simple kitchen with 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. ESTANCIA MEJORABLE

El apartamento se encuentra muy bien situado, en primera línea de playa, pero también está justo en una zona de mucho paso de gente, lo que impide descansar por las noches, debido al ruido de los coches y de la gente. Los muebles del apartamento son muy antiguos, aunque el sofá es bastante cómodo. La cocina es muy pequeña, pero tiene todo lo necesario para poder sobrevivir. El baño está bien, pero la ducha es muy muy pequeña y el suelo de la misma que es de tablones tiene alguno suelto que lo hace bastante inseguro. Además el agua se sale de la misma, creando un charco de agua, peligroso por poder resbalarse. No dispone de aire acondicionado. En su favor hay que especificar que tiene una gran terraza en la que se puede descansar viendo el mar justo enfrente.

Gracias por su comentario, me alegro de que haya disfrutado de la terraza y las vistas. Entendemos la contaminación acústica, pero es inevitable en la primera línea en el período más activo de la temporada alta en L'Estartit. En cuanto a su comentario sobre el mobiliario, etc., lo discutiremos con el propietario al final de la temporada.
