We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Het huis was netjes en lekker koel door de airco in de huiskamer en op de bovenverdieping. We hebben heerlijk in het tuintje gezeten en gezwommen in het zwembad. Ook het proces van sleutel ophalen en retourneren verliep heel vlotjes. Dit huis is een aanrader!

Boa Não gostei de receber um e-mail do proprietário a dizer que o ar condicionado ficou ligado Se tem algum problema diz no anúncio que tem dois ar condicionados para três divisões quando no anúncio diz que tem ar condicionado no apartamento e há um quarto que não tem e começa a ter sol desse lado logo de manhã. Também diz que tem jacizi e não tem. O termo acumulador elétrico só tem água quente para doi banhos.

Estancia perfecta

Casa muy mona, con todo lo necesario, jardín y piscina. Los colchones de las camas perfectos. Zona muy tranquila, playa genial, muy extensa e ideal para niños. Hemos estado muy agusto.

Dentro del percance que tuvimos con los vecinos y que nos obligaron a irnos antes del día a causa de la fiesta que hicieron hasta entrada la mañana ya que se podía oír y observar que era una fiesta de adolescentes con la música exageradamente alta entre otras cosas . Dejando a un lado esto la casa se encuentra en una zona tranquila, la casa esta bien, lo único destacar es un poco la limpieza y las hormigas. De todas formas es aceptable. Gracias.

Buenos días Laura, Siento que no haya ido del todo bien tu estancia en mi casa, pero me indicaste que te ibas antes porque tenías a los "niños malitos", y no por lo sucedido en la casa colindante, que entiendo que os causaran molestias a causa de una fiesta que organizaron, te puedo asegurar que en 15 años que tengo la casa nunca había pasado, pero ya se lo comente al propietario. En el tema de la limpieza, comentarte que hare llegar tu queja a CEIGRUP, que es quién me cobra por la limpieza en los cambios de inquilinos, pero si no estaba a tu gusto cuando entraste deberías haberlo expuesto directamente a CEIGRUP donde recogiste las llaves de la casa, para que fueran a comprobarlo y mejorarla. En el tema de las hormigas, tomare nota para mirar de solucionarlo, pero eres la primera persona en toda la temporada de verano que me lo indica, aunque es un pequeño jardín, y lógicamente insectos, puede haber. Pleasant stay in Estartit

We really enjoyed our week long stay in this rental property. It is perfectly situated near all amenities and close to the beach. The shared pool is also an added extra, though we stayed during September , so it was quite cold as not heated! Nevertheless, it's a bonus. The house has everything you need and we did have dinner at home once or twice. We bought some tea towels and cleaner for the kitchen, as not provided, which we think would have been useful if provided ! The rooms were well equipped with ample space. We rented a car, though everything is in walking distance and there is parking at the front of the house. We wouldn't hesitate in staying at this accommodation again. We enjoyed the inside and outside space. Thank you Manel for such a lovely stay. We hope to return to Estartit and stay here again. Muchas Gracias ! Mr and Mrs Pretty
