About this property

The Eagle View is Ready for You! Next to Margaritaville

The Eagle View seems like it sits on top of the world. With an awesome view of the Lake, and yes, at certain times of the year, you will see Eagles flying, this five bedroom, five bath home is the perfect location for your next family vacation.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

With a great room for gathering, a full kitchen, huge deck and hot tub, your vacation will be absolutely perfect. The fully-appointed kitchen has everything you need to fix a gourmet meal, or you may decide to try one of the restaurants at the resort!

The Master suite has a king-bed and is on the top floor of the house. Steps from the suite is the great room and all the space you need for your friends and family to be comfortable.

On the main floor, are two master-suites, with two queen-beds in each as well as a separate deck to enjoy that view from your own private rooms.

Finally, stepping outside and one floor below are the other two master suites. One of these bedrooms has a king-bed and full-bath, and the other has two queens and full-bath, and their own patio if they want to get away and watch the sunset and sip a drink.

Ready to get out there and enjoy the Lake? Boat rentals are right down the street, as well as jet ski rentals, miniature golf, bowling, horseback riding, and eighteen holes of golf. Within a 15 minute drive are more restaurants, fast food, live entertainment, and shopping.


The lake is a great summertime destination, but don't miss the Dogwood Festival in April, fireworks on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Outdoor cameras are used to monitor walkways and parking area.

The Entrance to the Tan Tar A Estates subdivision has changed and is through the Margaritaville entrance and stay to the right to the Tan Tar A Estates.

Call: If your interested in renting 3 bedrooms instead of 5 for a reduced rate.


PLEASE NOTE: Tan-Tar-A Estates has always been known for their family atmosphere. If you are a fraternity or group of young adults that plan to party (i.e. beer pong, craziness, loud music after hours), please find another house in another neighbor. If management receives any complaints, you will be asked to leave.

Please do not decorate with confetti or glitter.

This property was super clean, wonderfully appointed, full of little extras, and the decks ushered in amazing sunsets. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for our sibling retreat with families from 3 states. Close to many restaurants and activities. I absolutely loved this property!

Some of our large family stayed in Eagle View and the view from the upper deck is as pretty as it looks in the brochure. Check in and wi-fi were easy and we used all 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. Both decks were great. Outside bedrooms were a little inconvenient but overall it was a good place for big group. Close to pool and good location. Thank you for your hospitality.

Annual Family get away.

From the time we walked in to the moment we left it was amazing. Set up perfect for all the families to have time together but also separate and quiet for bed or just unwinding as needed. Hot tub is great , loved the fire out on the deck, and close to everything for recreation. My family wants to make this our regular family trip!!

Papa & Nana and 3 adult children and their families stayed 4 nights at Eagle View and had a wonderful time! Lovely, comfortable home with everything we needed plus close-by pools and hot tub on the deck! Thank you for a place to be together and make lots of memories. Perfect house for a large group!!

We stayed here with a group of girlfriends and it was the PERFECT house. Each room has its own entrance off a deck and its own restroom so everyone could have some privacy and spread out a little. The living room & kitchen is on the top level technically so just have to be able to go up stairs to access those. Such a great view of the lake and a nice open living area kitchen set up to all sit together in one area. Each bedroom has its own AC unit so everyone could set it to their desired temperature. The location is also perfect to go rent a boat by Margaritaville and then go to some fun restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place!!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! We absolutely loved it! Every room had its own mini fridge and keurig which was so nice and convenient. Not to mention every room had its own bathroom! The living room was big enough for every one to hang out (we had a group of 9 adults) and so was the top deck. The jacuzzi was awesome at night with the gas fire pit. The view was beautiful! The location was perfect for us and the place is right next to the pool which is really convenuent too. We will definitely use this place again!! Highly recommend!

Fun Stay in Osage Beach

We had a group of 15 people stay at Sarah’s property. The house was clean and big and we absolutely loved that every room had its own bathroom and fridge and every level had its own deck (one of which has a hot tub!). If you’re a big group this is an awesome place to stay. The only heads up I’d give is that its pretty far to the “party” areas; we drove about 30 minutes to get to the popular bars. About the house itself, the lowest level of two bedrooms is detached from the rest of the house - so you have to walk down some steps outside of the house to get to these rooms. They were still excellent and private and we didn’t mind it at all!

Family July 4th Holiday

This house was great for our three families for a long weekend! The 3 levels of decks and bedrooms were awesome all with views of the Lake. The very close neighborhood pool was a real hit. We loved the whole stay and our communications with our hosts too.
