About this property

Luxury apartment on the beach, A / C, home automation, Wifi

The building is located in the North of the Beach, one quiet area with a pedestrial promenade between the sand of the beach and the apartment. This sandy beach with dunes, and the pedastrian promenade make the area special for thouse who want to enjoy a relaxing holidays but even with all the services near.



The building was renovated few years ago and have a infinity pool (not edge), two tennis courts and padel court and one area of shadow next to the swiming pool.



The interior of the apartment residence was designed by renowned architect and interior designer, with modern design. Kitchens are outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and Italian cabinetry. Bathrooms also have Italian cabinetry with designer fixtures and faucets by Porcelanosa. Condo comes equipped with smart home technology.



The terrace has been glaced so you can also enjoy it if this the whole year.



High speed wifi connection, International channels to enjoy the perfect holidays.



About the car, we recommend you to book the parking spot, there are not enough for each neighbour so if you don´t do it in advance then we can not offer you one.

If you are coming from June to September we recomnend to book it. Anyway, you can park outside for free.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment looks just like pictured, it was spotless, modern and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for our family of five with a stunning view of the beach. It had everything needed. Once we found the apartment it was easy to get in using the app. While there we had to reach out twice to the property manager and they were extremely responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, there is a supermarket close by as well as restaurants. It is a short drive to the center of Gandía and only 45 minutes to Valencia. Highly recommend this place, would love to come back.

La ubicación y las vistas El sofá de la terraza te sientas y te hundes El colchón de la habitación de matrimonio no es muy cómodo Las almohadas poner unas que apoyes la cabeza y no se hunda llegando al colchon Revisión de la iluminación, hemos tenido la lámpara del salón de encima de la mesa fundida y la lámpara de la habitación de literas fundida El mueble del cubo de la basura está deteriorado Y huele fatal El cajón del mueble del salón está pegado con esparadrapo para que no se caiga, peligro cuando vas con niños pequeños En limpieza: polvo dentro de los armarios de la cocina, debajo del sofá salon... El apartamento es maravilloso llevo 4 años llendo,pero como todo las cosas del uso se estropean, y por el precio que tiene pienso que hay k tener más controlado su mantenimiento

Unkomplizierte Schlüssel- Wohnungübernahme, geräumige Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, Küche mit Allem nötigen ausgestattet. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage direkt am Strand mit einem Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer. Schöne grosse Terrasse Strand-Liegestühle könnten etwas bequemer sein. Sonst perfekt.

Un 1er séjour à Gandia parfait !

Appartement de standing totalement conforme aux photos et à la description... c'est à dire juste parfait. La vue est fantastique, l'appartement est très confortable et très agréable, literie de très bonne qualité, matériaux haut de gamme, isolation phonique parfaite. Piscine de la résidence au top pour les longueurs, plage grande et propre (nettoyée tous les jours), parking sécurisé dans la résidence, environnement à proximité de qualité avec commerces et restaurants. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Genial apartamento muy cuidado

Situado frente al mar en una muy buena urbanización separado lo justo del ruido del paseo, pero para poder ir andando a todos sitios. La casa es moderna, funcional, bien cuidada, y espectacular terraza para disfrutar de las vistas al mar. Saltaron los plomos de la luz en varias ocasiones.

Un apartamento de calidad

Primera línea de playa, desde la terraza se podía contemplar todo lo que ocurría en la orilla del mar. Hemos visto el amanecer: un maravilloso espectáculo. Mientras desayunabamos veíamos a los bañistas seleccionando el sitio donde plantar las sombrillas. Todo muy bien. En general hemos vuelto a casa con la sensación de un verdadero placer veranear en condiciones tan extraordinarias. Volveremos...

Calidad precio no se corresponde

Se ha hecho una buena reforma en el apartamento pero el plato de la ducha estaba despegado y se salía el agua (y no es de un día), el papel del salón y de varias estancias rasgado o desgastado, el cubo de la basura olía fatal (lo lavamos 3 veces en una semana pero el habitáculo también olía) y la calidad tanto de los colchones como de las almohadas no es de un apartamento con ese precio y que se vende como de lujo. No hemos estado mal, la situación es buena, pero hablar de apartamento de lujo es hablar de otra cosa por ese precio.

Una maravilla.

Como en casa, pero frente al mar. La terraza de mis sueños en un apartamento precioso y muy cómodo. Todo nuevo. Capacidad de almacenaje en cada rincón. Los dos cuartos de baño nuevos, con platos de ducha. Cocina completamente equipada. ¡Me quedaría a vivir allí! El colchón del dormitorio principal no está mal, pero se podría mejorar.
