Very nice accommodation and relaxing stay

The villa is very spacious with good facilities. We had a very relaxing stay with several trips in the near area. The village itself is very quite, although a supermarket and restaurant at walking distance is available. Omis is a very nice town to visit. Also Brela and Split are nice trips, but for all of these you need a car. Owners are very friendly and in case of questions very helpfull. Overall a very good accommodation.

Lovely, well equipped villa in a quiet village

Stayed here with my husband and 2 teenagers. The villa was lovely, well equipped and clean, including the pool which was popular with the teenagers. The only disappointment was that there was only air conditioning in two out of the four bedrooms but as the temperature didn’t go much above 30 while we were there it was ok. The owner’s parents live next door and they were very friendly but respected our privacy and kept to themselves. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk which has all the essentials. The town of Omis is a 20 minute drive and we spent most evenings there. A picturesque town with some wonderful restaurants and very friendly people. We also did a cruise up the river and zip lining over a canyon. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and will go back to Croatia again.

Schön mit ein paar Mankos

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und liebe Menschen. Wir wurden mit frischem Gemüse und Feigen beschenkt. Das Objekt wirkt auf den Bildern größer als es tatsächlich ist. Der Pool ist etwas kalt; reinigen muss mal den Pool selbst (das kannten wir bisher anders). Leider waren die Poollichter kaputt. 2 der oberen Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, was super ist. Zusätzlich gibt es eine im Wohn-und Eßbereich. Die Toilettenbürsten müssen DRINGEND ausgetauscht werden. Im EG sind leider Ameisen unterwegs. Im Spielezimmer ist eine PS3 (nicht wie inseriert eine PS4), leider gab es keine Spiele, somit war die Enttäuschung für unsere Jungs groß. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes, dadurch ist es nicht sehr ruhig; das fanden wir jetzt aber nicht schlimm. Generell liegt das Objekt etwas weiter weg von allem; ca. 25min zum Strand (Brela oder Omis) oder zu einem größeren Supermarkt. Im Ort selbst gibt es aber einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man so ziemlich alles bekommt. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir sehr schöne Urlaubstage, wenn auch nicht alles perfekt war. Die Gegend und Natur drum herum ist einfach traumhaft schön und auch die Strände Brela und Omis sind super schön.

Urlaub August 2022 in Kostanje

Wir ( 2 Familien, 4 Erw. + 4 Kinder zwischen 10-15 Jahre) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kroatien. Nach 15 Stunden Autofahrt wurden wir von den Vermietern herzlichst empfangen. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Kostanje ist ein kleiner Ort in mitten der Berge. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, hier bekommt man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Zum Haus: Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter ist aber durch Zaun und Tor abgegrenzt. Es sind 4 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, jedoch nur 2 mit Klimaanlagen. Unsere Kinder nutzten diese ohne Klima, dies war durch die Hitze eine große Herausforderung. Es sind 2 Bäder vorhanden, eins davon mit Waschmaschine diese waren für uns völlig ausreichend. Küche: Die Küchenzeile ist sehr schön und auch reichlich ausgestattet, jedoch fehlt es tatsächlich an großen Schüsseln :-) Pool: Der Pool hat ein gute Größe und unsere Kinder hatten ihren Spaß. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und haben uns Split, Omis sowie Dubrovnik angeschaut. Wunderschöne Strände in Magarska gefunden. Wir waren viel Essen und haben die typisch Kroatische Küche genossen. Die besten Restaurants findet man nicht in den Städten sondern außerhalb. Ein riesen Dank möchten wir an die Vermieterin senden, sie ist eine herzliche Person, war immer da wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns reichlich mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt.

Schön und Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten das Glück Villa Senchi ganz kurzfristig buchen zu können, nachdem unsere erste Ferienwohnung plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar war. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Vor Ort haben wir uns direkt in das Haus und die Umgebung verliebt. Die Vermieter waren auch hier super freundlich. Die Eltern des Vermieters leben neben an und haben uns täglich reichlich mit Köstlichkeiten aus ihrem Garten versorgt, waren immer freundlich, aber nie aufdringlich. Es gab Tomaten, Gurken, Pfirsiche, Nektarinen, Feigen, Pflaumen und sogar Kartoffeln. Und alles schmeckte köstlich! Im und ums Haus herum gab es nur Kleinigkeiten, die nicht "perfekt" waren, aber nichts worüber man groß meckern müsste. Z. B. sind die Spielgeräte im hinteren Garten sehr alt, da würde ich etwas aufpassen und wer viel Kochen möchte, der sollte sich scharfe Messer, eine Pfanne und evtl eine Plastikschüssel mitbringen. Insgesamt aber wie gesagt, nichts was uns groß gestört hat. Dafür konnten wir im Garten Schildkröten und Gekos beobachten :-) Die Lage ist wunderschön und liegt quasi mitten in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön und soweit ich das beurteilen kann, liegt das Haus zwar in den Bergen und ist damit nicht zentral, aber man kommt gut überall hin. Man sollte nur etwas Fahrtzeit einplanen. Nach Omiš und zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 18km, knapp 30 min zu fahren. Aber die Fahrt durch die Serpentinen, Dörfer und Berge ist wunderschön. Auch der Fluss Cetina und die Statue von Mila Gojsalić (Geschichte unbedingt nachlesen) können unterwegs besichtigt werden und die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Man sieht einfach ein bisschen mehr, wenn man nicht direkt in der Stadt wohnt. Unser Urlaub war auf jeden Fall sehr schön und erhohlsam und wir können die Villa Senchi ingesamt empfehlen. Wir waren dort mit 2 Familien mit 5 Kindern (eins schlief im Elternbett) zwischen fast 3 - 8 Jahren. Die Kids muss man beim Pool natürlich im Blick haben, der ist offen zugänglich (aber das ist ja fast überall so).

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit einer sehr schönen Lage und sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn. Alles wichtige ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr liebe Vermieter...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr liebe und herzliche Vermieter, die bei Fragen für uns da waren. Trotz dass sie nebenan wohnen, hat man sich nicht beobachtet oder kontrolliert gefühlt. Wir wurden mit Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Was gibt es schöneres. Das Haus hat eine gute Einteilung. Die Bäder könnten mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten haben. Das hatte etwas gefehlt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren reichlich vorhanden. Küche war komplett eingerichtet. Alles wie beschrieben. Außenanlage war auch super. Der. Pool hätte aber ein paar Grad wärmer sein dürfen. Das Haus empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an Frane und seine Familie für diese schöne Zeit.
