A renovated farmhouse that preserves its original features. Independent 60 sqm apartment with a double bedroom, living room with handmade double sofa bed, and kitchen, two bathrooms. Outdoor gazebo in front of the kitchen with table and chairs. Swimming pool available. 20 minutes from the sea and 1 hour from the Sibillini Mountains, surrounded by wonderful landscapes. We provide a book with places to visit and the best restaurants. For those interested, we offer DIY courses (bread, pizza, etc.). During the summer, the house is surrounded by sunflowers.
