Villa Martin is a beautiful, carefully renovated farmhouse located in the village of Montegranaro, nestled among the picturesque Marche hills that surround the area. The sea is about 15 km away. The enchanting view and the tranquility of the countryside make the villa a truly unique place.

The property is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, entering from the garden side, you’ll find a living room with a TV nook and a tea table area. Crossing the room leads to an open-concept space that houses the dining room. Continuing on, you’ll find a classic kitchen with ample counter space and fully equipped with all appliances. To the left of the kitchen is an utility room with a washing machine. There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Ascending to the ground floor via a cantilevered wooden staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, and the master bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool.

Pool:
The pool, nestled amid the property’s lush greenery, offers guests a unique view of the rolling hills typical of the area. Located on one side just a few metres from the house, it is accessible via a walking path. It is irregularly shaped, featuring a diving board and a step to facilitate entry into the water. Its depth ranges from 1.40 to 2.40 m. The sunbathing area, which completely surrounds the pool, measures approximately 50 square metres and is furnished with lounge chairs, deck chairs, and a beach umbrella. The pool is open from the first week of May through mid-October.
