This newly constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment.  Unit has 2 bedrooms with a king sized beds and 1-queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.  This open concept apartment features a full kitchen with counter seating, a dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment!  Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave).  Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room.  Off-street parking is included.  Unit sleeps 6 max. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

College friends getting back together for the first time in nearly 30 years. The property was clean, spacious and ideal for our needs. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops. Great stay

Absolutely incredible VRBO-perfect location for an Ellicottville visit..it's less than a two minute walk to the heart of Ellicottville. Rachel is an incredible host - super clean property, well stocked, the beds were more comfortable than the beds at the Marriott. 5-star rating is well deserved! Would not hesitate to rebook or recommend :)

Great Spot!

This place is located right in the village around the corner from Ellicottville Brewing. It's clean and modern with comfy beds and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Amenities are great. Wifi, tv, & fireplace were all easy to use. Check-in was a breeze. Can't say enough nice things about this property. Will definitely be back!

New, clean, comfortable apartment in a great location

Our stay was great! The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable for two couples. The location felt quiet and private, but shops and restaurants were all a quick walk away. My only suggestion would be to add exterior lighting to the building or parking lot. Water pressure in faucets was also low, but didn’t matter for our stay.

Fantastic place and location!

We were lucky to get a last minute reservation for Labor Day Weekend at this awesome rental! There were 4 of us. This place is perfect 2 really nice bedrooms and bathrooms in the bedrooms. It’s super clean and is in a perfect location to downtown EVL! We had an awesome weekend! Will definitely stay here again!

Very happy with our stay.

A few very minor issues. The sink in the kitchen runs very slowly. It was not a problem for us bc we did not really cook. But even tough to rinse off plates after takeout. A few other very minor wear and tear issues — a scuff on the wall by the front door and the fan in the master bath is falling down a little. Otherwise, the unit is beautiful. The fireplace is unbelievable. We had a wonderful time.

Newly renovated, convenient location downtown!

Nice condo for those that want to be downtown close to the nightlife. Nicely setup. Not really fit for long stays though as there is no dressers or anywhere to put clothes. Loft was also nice space.

Absolutely loved this place!

Stayed here for a weekend with me fiancé and we absolutely loved not only the location but the apartment. It was very modern and chic! Rachel was a great host and had extra towels and bedding for us just in case they were needed. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Ellicotville.
