The house has two entrances and consists of three levels that communicate with each other by an internal staircase.
The house is built inside the village, has a private garden of 700 sq.m. and surrounded by olive trees.
The first floor has two bedrooms with one big bed and a single one respectively and a bathroom / wc.
The spacious living room of 50 sq.m. it has a fireplace and downstairs is the kitchen, one more bedroom and a bathroom / wc.
Located on a hill in a quiet, secluded location.
Its elevated position offers stunning views of the blue of the Aegean and the mountain of the gods, Olympus. As for the sunset ... it's really magical.
Built with local stone, the house blends seamlessly with the landscape.
Even in summer the stone construction ensures that the interior will remain cool and airy thanks to the large but carefully installed windows.
There are many paths you can follow, so just find the perfect path for you and start your walk.
You will love the path that leads to the sea, the walk lasts 15 'and is an easy circular path offering very beautiful views of the sea, the olive trees and the pines that surround the area.
The visitor can admire the hill of Panagia Korfini and the three-aisled royal church.
The Zografou Tower, a 14th century Byzantine tower and other structures that belong to the existing "Metochi".
The museum of marine exhibits and shells, which is unique in Greece.
It is worth visiting when the folklore museum of the unforgettable homelands of the inhabitants is found in Nea Moudania.
The outdoor theater has a capacity of 2000 people and hosts a wide variety of theatrical performances and concerts.
