A nice villa located just a short walk from the beach, offering convenient access to the shoreline. While the interior is comfortable, the outdoor space is somewhat limited and can feel enclosed and hot, with little open area to relax outside. There are no outdoor loungers provided, and noise/music from nearby resorts can be heard at night. The basement room may appeal to teenagers looking for their own space, though it's worth noting that it has no natural light, as it's a true basement.

Antonio is een heel vriendelijk man en is meteen bereikbaar als er eventuele ( kleine problemen ) zijn en lost ze ook zo vlug mogelijk op. Het huis is gezellig om te verblijven en is precies zoals omschreven in de advertentie. Enig min puntje als je in het hoogseizoen s'morgens met de auto weg rijdt, vind je na het terugkomen voor 19uur geen parkeerplaats meer ( vooral weekend's). Maar dat heeft natuurlijk niets met het huis of Antonio te maken. Wij danken Antonio voor het gebruiken van zijn accomodatie en hebben een leuke vakantie gehad.

Casa indipendentemente a due passi da una delle più belle spiagge della zona

Ospiti gentili location perfetta per una famiglia con adolescenti che si sentono indipendenti nella stanza del seminterrato. La vicinanza alla spiaggia poi rende il tutto perfetto accontentando le esigenze di ogni membro del nucleo familiare. Casa accogliente in cui ci si sente a proprio agio.

una settimana a Cala Sinzias

Ottima posizione e appartamento pulito e confortevole con tutto il necessario. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e molto disponibili. la casa era provvista di alcuni essenziali di cui spesso le case in affitto sono sprovviste completamente ( tipo sapone per i piatti, cartaigenica, spugne, sale, caffè zucchero ecc..). i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino e il latte per le mie bimbe che mi ha salvato la vita visto l'orario in tarda serata in cui siamo arrivati. E per questo li ringrazio. la zona è bellissima. in 5 minuti a pedi si arriva alla spaggia. l'unica piccola nota negativa, ma non è una critica, è la scala esterna per chi ha dei bimbi molto piccoli perchè si arrampicano è c'è un muretto un po' alto da cui potrebbero cadere... per il resto a noi è piaciuto molto!!!

Nettes Häuschen , wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand.

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Backofen war leider in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand. Im Außenbereich hätten wir uns 2 gemütliche Liegestühle gewünscht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Antonio ist ein sehr netter und Aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Vacanza Cala Sinzias

Bellissima casetta immersa nel verde del giardino a pochi metri dal mare dove la notte si possono sentire le onde del mare Ottima posizione centrale tra Costa Rei e Villasimius... Bellissima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari Sig. Antonio e moglie che ringraziamo tanto e per chi ama gli animali potrete godere della presenza di gattini che si aggirano in cerca di coccole. Optimal für Strandurlaub

Das Häuschen liegt in der Nähe des Traumstrands Costa Rei und in der Nähe wunderbarer anderer Strände. Ein Mietwagen bei Anreise mit Flugzeug ist empfehlenswert. Die sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter (sprechen nur italienisch, aber mit el. Übersetzer kein Problem ;) haben sich auch trotz unserer späten Ankunft viel Zeit genommen und alles erklärt. Zur Ausstattung: - Die Möbel und das Küchengeschirr sind etwas abgenutzt. - Die Betten (Matratzen) sind hervorragend. - Es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. - Zum Kaffeekochen gibt es 2 kleine Espressokocher (8-Eck). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist das Objekt nicht geeignet wegen der vielen Stufen.

Relax e mare meraviglioso

Abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni nella villetta del sig. Antonio e della sig.ra Maria, fin da subito di sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Nella villetta non manca proprio nulla, apprezzata la griglia la doccia esterna e la veranda dove pranzare e cenare tranquillamente. La spiaggia meravigliosa è vicino e di raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Il posto ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Grazie per l accoglienza.

Direkt am Meer

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Antonio und Maria empfangen. Der Kontakt zuvor war etwas schwierig, da Antonio kein Englisch spricht. Der Weg dorthin: Richtung Is Fradis Beach. Dann die Strasse hoch auf den Hügel. Haus mit der Nr 36A . Somit ganz leicht zu finden. Alles top. Klima top. Raum im Keller kühl genug zum schlafen. Mit kleinen Kindern würde ich das nicht empfehlen. Viele Treppen und für jüngere Kinder wenig Platz zum Spielen. Der hintete Beteich mit dem Garten ist nämlich privat. Für uns mit 2 jugendlichen Kids alles super. In 4 Min ist man zu Fuß am herrlichen Strand! Sehr zu empfehlen also mit nicht zu kleinen Kindern!

Paradis

Maria und Antonio sind zauberhafte GastgeberInnen, die Unterkunft traumhaft und der Strand, der zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist, paradisisch. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend, das Wasser nicht immer warm, weil der Boiler klein, aber damit kann man sich leicht arrangieren. Das Haus/die Wohnung ist noch hübscher als auf den Fotos, einzig ein teil des Gartens, der auf den Bildern zu sehen war, war für uns nicht zugängig und insgesamt wirkte es etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos, mit einer größeren Familie kein Problem, aber um z.B. mit zwei 'Parteien' zu verreisen wäre es uns zu eng gewesen, dafür fehlt auch sowas wie ein Wohnzimmer. Alles in Allem war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, die Lage unschlagbar, die Menschen so nett, dass wir jeder Zeit wieder hinfahren würden.

Rustikales Haus

Die Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer war sehr herzlich, ein Anfangsproblem (kein Heizwasser in der Dusche) wurde sofort beseitigt (Sonntag). Das Haus u. Garten liegt am Hang und hat viele Ebenen die mit Treppen verbunden sind. Das Mobilar ist in die Jahre gekommen (es roch im Schrank muffig). Unschlagbar ist der kurze Weg zum Strand (5 Min Fußweg). Wer einen Strandurlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

herzlicher Empfang, super Preis-Leistung

Wir wurden äusserst herzlich empfangen; zum ersten Mal überhaupt in einer Ferienwohnung war alles Wesentliche vorhanden, sogar Kaffee, Pellati und Pasta - Antonio und Maria sind Gastgeber von ganzem Herzen! Wir fühlten uns schnell wie zu Hause, während unsere Privacy jederzeit gegeben war. Die Wohnung ist einfach, gemütlich und praktisch und für den Preis top. Der Garten ist herrlich, schön schattig, mit praktischem Aussengrill und Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist toll, in wenigen Minuten ist am Traumstrand von Cala Sinzias. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Zimmer im Sousterrain, welches natürlicherweise sogar im Hochsommer schön kühl bleibt. Wer es noch kälter mag, kann das obere Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage benutzen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
