Wake up to uninterrupted lake views from this premium frontline lodge at Haggerston Castle. Oakwood Lodge is positioned directly on Badger Lake, the lodge features wraparound decking, spacious open-plan living, stylish interiors and one of the most sought-after locations on the park. Perfect for couples, families and guests seeking a relaxing Northumberland escape.

Oakwood Lodge is gently nestled on the edge of Badger Retreat with glorious lakeside views and glorious sunsets. With it's large balcony you can sit and relax throughout the day and into the evening.

Internally you will find a large open plan kitchen diner leading into the spacious living room with fantastic lake views beyond. The kitchen is fully fitted with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

With a large entrance hallway leading you to the two large bedrooms you will not be disappointed. The master suite has quality fitted wardrobes, double bed and luxury en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a dressing area. The main bathroom comes complete with a bath and shower, wc and basin.

The lodge is fully equipped.
Please also note our lodge is advertised elsewhere so we kindly ask for up to 24 hours to check that it isn’t already booked.
Please note fun passes can be purchased separately from reception and are not included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is offered at no extra charge, however note that this is not a reliable system due to the location of our holiday home.
Smoking / vaping is not allowed within the lodge.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please ensure you leave the lodge clean and tidy. Ensure all crockery, utensil etc are clean and put back where you found them. Ensure dirty linen and towels are put in the bath.

Turn off all lights and heating. Shut all windows and lock the doors. Please return the key to the key safe, and muddle up the code.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please leave the lodge tidy when you leave, empty the dishwasher, take rubbish out to the bins, strip the beds & leave the linen on the mattress

No smoking or vaping inside the lodge. No BBQs on the decking.
