The management is very responsive and quick to reply to emails whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained, and the location is very convenient—within walking distance to the subway and bus, making commuting easy. One downside is that the building is located directly in front of a gentleman’s club. At night, you can hear people singing or talking loudly in the middle of the night. Because of the noise and surroundings, I would not recommend this place for families with small children.

The bathroom had the most disgusting smell. Water was not draining and the contact wasn’t being fair on when a person could come and fix the issue. The mould over the drain was next level even over the shower. Sofa was a joke and stained. My advise don’t stay here.
