It is livable, and the area is OK. The street it is located on is pretty dead, and a homeless guy is living next to the entrance door. The place is pretty run-down. Pictures were taken in better days. Advertised as 3-bathroom apartment - only 2 bathrooms are on site (3rd one is probably an imaginary one). One bathroom is fully functioning, but the second one - the shower is not working, still you can wash your hands or visit a toilet.

Je loue des logements de ce type depuis des années partout dans le monde et c'est la première fois que dois marcher 1km avec des valises pour récupérer la clé. De plus l'adresse que l'on vous donne pour récupérer la clé est erronée. On ne doit pas etre les premiers, le type a la reception de l'hotel voisin est au fait de l'erreur. La propreté du logement est à la limite de l'acceptable. Le réservoir d'eau chaude est a 2 metres des douches, mais il faut patient...

Beautiful apartment in Lisbon’s modern city
We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at this modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. It is very well equipped and boasts a great kitchen and living room. It is situated in a great area with many upscale stores and lots of restaurants. The one negative is that the building next door is under major construction so lots of noise Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Since we were sightseeing it really didn’t affect us too much and there’s no work going on Saturday and Sunday. Feels like Home was great to work with and very responsive! I highly recommend this property!
