Apartment was clean. Kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils for cooking. Great location. Difficult to open the fridge as there is a cupboard right next to it, so have to carefully try to squeeze your fingers in :-).

Amazing Apartment in the heart of Porto!

Very clean, spacious apartment. Great AC, lots of natural lighting, adorable kitchen and living area. Was perfect for a group of 6 friends!

Just Perfect

This apartment was just perfect for our group of 6. It was spacious and welcoming. The central location was great and we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to visit. We absolutely loved it. The staff at the Welcome Centre were lovely, kind, and helpful. We would stay again without hesitation!

Apartment was beautiful and spacious. Roomy for our 6 people! Close to everything. Property management team responds well to questions concerns by phone or WhatsApp. Lots of windows and natural light. On a busy street…often quite noisy, including late night and early AM. Kitchen: very limited supplies for food prep, cooking and serving.

Spacious, clean, modern

Excellent space to accommodate family of 5. Teenage boys each had their own bed and we didn’t have to fight over bathrooms. The pictures are very accurate to what the flat looks like. I just wish the check in process was easier. I had to leave my family at the McDonald’s nearby to check in and get the key about 1/2 mile walk. We had luggage and it was easier for one person to go get the key. Also, the master bedroom was very spacious but at night too loud from the street sounds. You could hear every motorist, truck, even people chatting from the streets down below.

Property needs renovation work due water leak

6 friends stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is a nice size, and centrally located. One of the bedrooms has suffered a major water leak from the air conditioning. Water has damaged the closet and floor. This obviously happened some time ago and has not been repaired since there is some mold growing behind the damaged baseboard. The floor has buckled so bad that the bedroom door cannot be closed without force, and once closed is extremely difficult to open. We demanded a refund due to the inconvenience, and this request was fulfilled. The apartment needs to be closed and a major repair completed.

Convient Location

There were five of us, all adults over 65 staying here for about 5 days.The place is very close to almost everything so walking was no problem at all. The Visitor's centre to book tours was two minutes down the street and the San Bento train station was just as close, which we grabbed to take us over to the main train back to Lisbon when we left. It was a four minute ride. The downside to the condo was that it came with nothing to even start you off with except toilet paper. There was a dishwasher but no soap, a sink to do dishes but we found no soap until we opened a small package that we got at check in that had a dishcloth and a small bottle in it, nothing like a roll of paper towels or even a small salt and pepper. The coffee machine didn't work properly, which we called about and they said they'd send someone over, but they never did. There were no garbage bags, which again, they said they'd send over but didn't. Maybe people don't usually cook any of their own meals here? Everything else was adequate however the living room furniture could use a good cleaning as there were lots of faded dirt stains on it. To sleep in the front bedroom off the street it would be good to have ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it's quite busy. We loved the look of the place and the huge windows gave it fantastic natural light, and also a great place to look down on the street for people watching. All in all it was a decent place.

Beau séjour à Porto

Bel appartement, lumineux, spacieux et très bien situé à Porto. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants. La localisation centrale permets de faire toutes les visites à pieds. L'ascenseur et le garage intérieur ont été fortement appréciés! Le personnel de Feels Like Home est aidant et facilement accessible via Whatsapp. Petit bémol : l'appartement est situé sur une rue passante : la chambre principale donne directement sur cette rue, qui est très bruyante, le jour comme la nuit. La propreté de l'appartement pourrait aussi être améliorée. Nous gardons toutefois un bon souvenir de cette agréable propriété!

Straßenlärm und tropfende Klimaanlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig u schön, jedoch ist sie sehr, sehr laut! Das Schlafzimmer, das zur Straße hin liegt, ist an eine Nachtruhe nicht zu denken, der Straßenlärm ist enorm! Wasserschäden an den Möbeln verursacht durch tropfende Klimaanlage ….
