La Gioia 1 is a fantastic apartment on the beachfront of La Fragata beach in Sitges with spectacular views of the Church of Sant Bartomeu and Santa Tecla.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.
From the terrace, where you can sit down to have breakfast or lunch, or simply relax, you can enjoy a wide and privileged view, completely unobstructed, of both the sea and the fantastic church of Sant Bartomeu.
The apartment has two large bedrooms: one of them has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large wardrobes and air conditioning; and at the other end of the apartment we find the second bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and air conditioning.
In addition, the apartment has another bathroom with a shower.
The fully independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher...). The spacious living room has a large table to enjoy good meals, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and access to the wonderful terrace.
The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
This is an ideal apartment for watching the town's festivities from its balcony, which are celebrated in the church and on the seafront promenade. From the apartment you can walk to all parts of Sitges.
