Precious days!

The house has all the amenities a family might need and is situated in a great location, with walking distance from the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. We had the most wonderful time and we hope to be back!

A perfect place for holiday

We spent out holidays now for the third time in Ann-Marie's house. We love this place! The house is perfectly located, very well equiped and well maintained.The beach, shops and a bakery are within walking distance. Check-in and check out is very well organised.So, we will come back again!!!

Beautiful home in a great location

My extended family (6 adults, 5 kids aged 8-16) loved this beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool and the location near the beach and a short drive from Le Lavandou. Do note that the AC is only in the bedrooms and the Wifi is not very strong on the basement floor (with bunkroom and one other bedroom), but that worked out fine for us!

Keine Empfehlung – besonders nicht fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Beim ersten Mal gab es bereits leichte MĂ€ngel in der Sauberkeit, die wir direkt an die Reinigungskraft Corinna gemeldet hatten. Sie zeigte sich einsichtig, weshalb wir trotz oberflĂ€chlicher Reinigung erneut buchten – das Haus ist grundsĂ€tzlich groß und gerĂ€umig.Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war der Zustand deutlich schlechter: Die Wohnung war erneut nur oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt (Haare, KrĂŒmel, schmutzige Toilette, verschmutzter Grill, Gas leer), den Grill und andere Dinge mussten wir selbst in Stand setzen. Besonders gravierend war der starke Schimmelgeruch im unteren Stockwerk, der diesmal bis ins obere zog. Couch und Babybetten waren betroffen – gesundheitlich nicht tragbar. Angeblich soll der Geruch „beim nĂ€chsten Mal“ behoben werden – das hilft kĂŒnftigen GĂ€sten wenig.Nach unserer (frĂŒheren) Abreise wurde uns eine zusĂ€tzliche Pauschale angekĂŒndigt – mit teils fragwĂŒrdigen BegrĂŒndungen: MĂŒll in der MĂŒlltonne (!), Schlieren auf dem Boden und angeblich unzureichend gereinigte KĂŒche – obwohl eine Endreinigung im Preis enthalten ist. Reinigungsmittel oder klare Anweisungen wurden nicht bereitgestellt.Unser Rat: Lasst euch die Übergabe und Abnahme durch die Reinigungskraft genau bestĂ€tigen. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern (v. a. bei Allergien oder Vorerkrankungen) ist die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen

Accueil professionnel et chaleureux par Corinne qui nous a fait dĂ©couvrir la villa et son mode de fonctionnement. État impeccable de la maison, une bouteille de rosĂ©e nous attendait au frais! Nous avons rencontrĂ© un petit problĂšme de fourniture d’eau chaude au dĂ©but du sĂ©jour et il fut rĂ©glĂ© immĂ©diatement par Corinne.Bravo pour son efficacitĂ©.La villa est vaste et fournie par tout le nĂ©cessaire jusqu’au savon dans les piĂšces d’eau, serviettes de bains et toilette ainsi que torchons de cuisine. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, aussi bien en ustensiles qu’en Ă©lectromĂ©nager. Rien a manquĂ© alors que nous Ă©tions 11 personnes Ă  chaque repas. La villa est situĂ©e dans une rĂ©sidence fermĂ©e, au calme avec la possibilitĂ© de garer de nombreux vĂ©hicules dans la propriĂ©tĂ©. Elle dispose d’une trĂšs belle terrasse avec un store Ă©lectrique trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, d’un jardin magnifique et d’une piscine avec de nombreux transats. L’accĂšs Ă  la mer se fait Ă  pied en juste quelques minutes et nous avons pu profiter des restaurants directement sur la plage ainsi que des diverses activitĂ©s nautiques proposĂ©es (paddle, pĂ©dalos..). Un endroit paradisiaque d’oĂč on a du mal Ă  s’en aller

Die Villa ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Sie ist wunderschöne. Im Großen und ganzen eher obeflechig gesĂ€ubert. Messer und Töpfe in die Jahre gekommen. Das haben ich aber auch gleich weiter gegeben. Ansosnten warwn wir mot der Kommunikation sehr zufrieden. Super schnelle Reaktion aif insere Anliegen. Wir danke fĂŒr diesen tollen urlaub. Waren wirklich ansonsten rundum sehr zufrieden. Bis bald. kinderwagen zum Strand zum laufen eher schwierig.

Wunderschönes, großzĂŒgiges Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Haus von Anne-Marie zu Gast. Es ist ein modernes, mit Liebe eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Vor allem die Lage so nahe am Strand ist optimal. Der Check-in durch Corinne war sehr professionell. Sie hat uns alles erklĂ€rt und das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber ĂŒbergeben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können dieses Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Superbe

Nous avons passe une superbe semaine dans cette belle maison. La proprietaire est charmante, la personne en charge de faire le check in et check out est charmante, la maison est charmante....enfin tout est charmant!! Nou reviendrons sans faute dans les annees qui viennent. Belle maison - Grande, bien renovee, moderne avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. On se sent chez soi des que l'on arrive. Belle piscine, beau jardin tres bien entretenu, 100m de la plage, calme et dans un lotissement securise...... en gros il n'y a rien a redire. Nous etions 9 (2 couples et des jeunes adultes). Aucuns problemes pour rester a 3 familles. Un vrai bonheur et merci de nous avoir confie votre maison pour une superbe semaine.

L'espace salon cuisine est chaleureux, moderne et spacieux. La piscine clĂŽturĂ©e Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e par les petits et les grands! Elle est idĂ©ale pour des petits enfants! Nous avons aussi Ă©tĂ© surpris de la proximitĂ© de la mer: superbe petite plage Ă  5 min Ă  pied. Tous nos critĂšres Ă©taient rĂ©unis pour passer de superbes vacances. TrÚs agéable maison dans un beau cadre arboré

La maison ainsi que le jardin sont trĂšs bien entretenus. La maison est dĂ©corĂ©e avec gout et est trĂšs confortable. Sa situation est parfaite pour visiter la rĂ©gion Nous y Ă©tions en Avril et avons profitĂ© d'un beau soleil et avons pu visiter la cĂŽte(de belles promenades Ă  pieds depuis la maison ) et le massif des Maures. Belle balade aussi Ă  Porquerolles C'est une location qui peut ĂȘtre recommandĂ©e

Excellente semaine.

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien situĂ©e. Plage vraiment trĂšs proche avec sentier privatif. TrĂšs beau jardin clos et spacieux oĂč les enfants ont pu se dĂ©penser. Quartier trĂšs calme. DĂ©co intĂ©rieure faite avec goĂ»t. Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce qu'il faut pour des touts petits et trĂšs bien entretenue. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et sommes prĂȘts Ă  y revenir. Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 4 enfants.
