Wonderful stay in a magical place !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely amazing place. We had been attentive to the Excellent Reviews left by former tenants, but also by the last negative review that was published. We specify that the city has many rooms which are all air-conditioned, it is of an absolutely irreproachable level of comfort, a very neat decoration, and a perfectly maintained garden. The sea view is breathtaking, we are used to frequenting very beautiful villas, but we had never been able to enjoy such a rendering We went to the beach on the estate which is a private beach and is a four minute drive away. Even in this month of August, there is no problem to park a car, since it is a private domain. On the beach, there are also very few people, we had the impression that it was for us :)! We plan to return for a longer stay in this city, five stars!

Breathtaking view over the Mediterranean

Arriving at the house, you will be met by a truly breathing view over Le Lavendou and the Mediterranean. There are two beautiful houses separated by an open breezeway and teak deck with an outside dining space, bar, BBQ and sitting area. We had all our meals "al fresco" here at the large table. This upper deck looks over a stunning lower deck with pool, seating areas and sunning beds. Believe me, the pictures don't do it justice. Both houses are stocked with everything you need for your stay. This is NOT a minimally stocked rental! Finding this house the first time can be challenging, so make sure to meet the host at the community guard shack. (Advice: use Waze, not Google or Apple maps to find the address. Both Google and Apple took us to the wrong area.) Once found, it is easy to get to. The property is at the very top of Cap Benat and while the house itself looks out over the town and bay, the pétanque court looks the other direction with another stunning view of the islands and down to the Fort de Bregançon (the French president's private residence). We were met by the very charming Laura, who showed us the two houses and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She was always available for any questions. Monsieur Marechalle, the owner, checked in via text to make sure everything was to out liking and see if we needed anything. I really can't say enough about how beautiful this house is with it's magnificent views. I would love to return.

Très belle propriété, vaste avec le confort de 2 maisons séparées mais proches. Les plus gros désagréments furent une odeur d’égoût provenant d’une salle d’eau, un dégât des eaux récent condamnant une chambre et l’éloignement des commerces (15minutes en voiture).

L’odeur signalée dans la salle d’eau était très probablement liée aux fortes intempéries récentes, qui ont pu perturber temporairement les canalisations. Concernant l’éloignement des commerces, la villa se situe dans un domaine privé, apprécié pour son calme et son cadre préservé, ce qui nécessite effectivement un véhicule. Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet endroit magique. Nous sommes très contents, l’endroit est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Nous avons noté que la décoration était soignée et la propreté irréprochable.La villa se trouve dans un domaine privé, où le calme doit être respecté. Il y a des plages privées à proximité, à environ 15 minutes à pied ou quelques minutes en vélo électrique ou en voiture.Nous étions en famille, nous avons passé un superbe moment.We spent a few days in this magical place.We were very happy; the place is even more beautiful than in the photos. We noticed that the decor was tasteful and the cleanliness impeccable.The villa is located in a private estate, where peace and quiet must be respected. There are private beaches nearby, about a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by electric bike or car.We were there as a family and had a wonderful time.

Nous sommes allés dans la villa pour un séminaire d’entreprise, nous étions cinq. L’endroit est absolument incroyable avec une vue époustouflante. La conception est particulièremente intelligente car la propriété est composée d’une villa avec trois chambres et une deuxième avec quatre chambres, ce qui permet un maximum de confort et d’intimité. Nous avons noté plusieurs petites attentions intéressantes pour nous satisfaire comme un appareil karaoké, un baby-foot, et encore de nombreux petits détails que nous avons particulièrement appréciés Nous comptons revenir l’année prochaine. We stayed at the villa for a company seminar; there were five of us. The place is absolutely incredible with a breathtaking view. The layout is particularly clever, as the property consists of one villa with three bedrooms and a second with four bedrooms, allowing for maximum comfort and privacy.We noticed several thoughtful touches to make our stay enjoyable, such as a karaoke machine, a foosball table, and many other small details that we particularly appreciated. We plan to return next year.
