Luxury Parkfront Haven with Hot Tub - Beloved by Families & their Dogs

With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this historic Baltimore rowhome is perfect for a couple or small group and walking distance from from Baltimore's best bars and restaurants.

This peaceful urban haven offers every luxury touch imaginable including a fully stocked kitchen, private hot tub, fully loaded HDTVs and a fun game room and arcade in the basement.

Families love staying in this home which includes baby gates installed at the top of both sets of stairs, a high chair, pack n play, outlet protectors and baby bowls and spoons.

We love dogs! Your canine kids are welcome with prior approval, subject to additional nightly fee and agreement to ground rules sent after booking. Cats and other pets are prohibited unless a special exception has been granted.

I am your host, Brandon, and I live right around the corner. I pride myself in giving every guest the personal touch and doing whatever it takes to ensure you have the perfect stay.

You will be staying in a bustling, safe neighborhood that is walking distance from the Fells Point Waterfront and nightlife as well and a short drive to the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. The Inner Harbor, Convention Center and downtown are just 2 miles away - $10 by Uber. The view from the front door unfolds to the incredible Patterson Park across the street, and Baltimore's best ice cream shoppe is less than a block away.

The most enjoyable way to get around the neighborhood is to walk! Buses are also everywhere in Baltimore. If you're driving, it's easy and close to find parking during the day, but at night it gets challenging. I send out street parking tips to all guests which greatly eases this process. Please anticipate using Uber/Lyft/taxi at night.

We were in town to see some friends and this was a great place for us. Great location near the park and easy walk to Canton for dinner. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

The house was great. Clean, well appointed. I appreciated everything was labeled and there was even a container with dog treats for my service dog. The hot tub was wonderful as well. The only issue was that the car was broken into on the last night. Neighbors said it happens nightly. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Just a result of staying in Baltimore.

Perfect for hospital prep!

We traveled to Baltimore and needed a comfortable, convenient place to stay before heading to Hopkins for an early morning procedure and this was perfect! Clean, cozy, convenient and we got to check in early! We parked safely right in front of the house and got to the hospital in 5 minutes. I recommend Matthew’s Pizza and Pho Bac for food, but the kitchen was stocked if you prefer cooking. Many thanks for a great stay!

We had two dogs in the location couldn’t have been more perfect!!! Directly across fromPatterson Park… Brandon was beyond accommodating… my husband was in John Hopkins, and we extended our stay two times. House was the perfect size for my sister, myself and our two small dogs! kitchen had every appliance you could think of! House was well appointed and well stocked!

Perfect Place for our Stay

This was just the Right place for us as we moved our daughter to Baltimore into the Canton neighborhood. Very well appointed home and the owner was very easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, parking is a bit difficult in the evening. Location is very walkable to many things. We hope to stay here again on our future trips to Baltimore. Patterson park which is across the street is great.

A Perfect Patterson Park location!

My son and l and our 2 pups spent 5 nights in this lovely, sunny row house, right across the street from the green and glorious Patterson Park, less than a block from Bmore Licks (a very popular ice cream store) and close to lots of other restaurants. The kitchen has everything needed for preparing and eating meals and the bathrooms have fluffy towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioners. We all enjoyed our stay and Brandon checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this for long or short stays.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy home! The row house was charming and right across from a beautiful park! The beds were so comfortable and the "Chill Zone" with arcade games was a highlight for our boys. The house was so well equipped and had everything we needed! Brandon was an amazing host and so friendly and accommodating. From the hot tub to the Love Sac we loved every moment of our visit! The only tricky part was the street parking but we were always able to find a spot close by. Thank you for opening your wonderful space to us!

I stayed in Brandon’s place with my spouse and our dog Trigger while we were in town for a friend’s baby shower. We really loved the location with Patterson Park right across the street which was great for dog walking and views of the city from various spots in the park. We were about 15 minutes driving from all the major destinations we had to get to throughout the weekend as well. We really loved having coffee and breakfast at Pitango’s on our way out of town too. Brandon was super communicative, clear and courteous on every messaging exchange. My spouse, me, and our dog Trigger felt really comfortable and well taken care of for the entire stay. We highly recommend this location and host and got it on the top of our list for future trips to Baltimore!!!

Lovely Stay in Canton Row House

Our stay in Brandon's house on Easten Ave in Canton was perfect for us. The home 's interior looks new, - very nice throughout. Clean as a whistle. A very nice kitchen and dining area are perhaps the highlights a,long with a good Maste BR - and 2 1/2 baths . Living room area is very small, comfortable for 2-3 watching the TV (great wifi and NETFLIX and HBO). Closeness to th park, the coffee perk and other area amenities are pluses. An excellent large playground is right across the street in the park. parking was less of a problem than we expected. Frequent communication from Brandon also appreciated.

Why they chose this property

The location is walking distance from everywhere you want to be - Fells Point, Canton Square, the waterfront and Patterson Park. The views of the park from the house are breathtaking and sunlight drenches the home for much of the day. My home is located in a safe, walking neighboorhood filled with young athletic people.

What makes this property unique

If you have children or pets you will really love being on the park. There is a pond with all sorts of wildlife just a 1 minute walk away, as well as a sprawling children's playground. It's hard to believe that on these very rolling hills 2 centuries ago American soldiers defeated the British in a key War of 1812 battle.

Many of my guests also enjoy making use of the spacious hot tub which can fit up to a family of 6. I keep the hot tub spotless clean and ready for your enjoyment at any time.
