Please note: No children under 3 years old.. Penrallt is a traditional Welsh long house situated in Rhydlydan, just outside of Pentrefoelas. Filled with bags of charm and character and refurbished with great attention to detail, Penrallt, originally an old dairy, offers guests all the modern conveniences and comforts alongside history dating back over 350 years. Relax in the lovingly designed living area and watch a film or play a game. Share a meal in the modern kitchen/dining room and reminisce on the day’s events or if you don’t feel like cooking, pop out to the local pub for some food.
With stunning countryside walks from the doorstep and both the Alwen Resevoir and Llyn Brenig a short distance by car, there are plenty of places to explore and enjoy whether you’re looking to cycle, go fishing or want an adventure on foot. The property is in close proximity to Snowdonia National Park, home to craggy peaks, beautiful lakes and an abundance of walking routes. You can reach the edge of the park in around 5 minutes by car, or in an hours’ walk.
If adrenaline is what you’re after then just a short distance away is Go Below which offers the chance to explore the abandoned mines of Snowdonia, taking on abseiling, climbing and much more. Alternatively, why not try the Fforest Coaster or the Zip Safari at Zip World Fforest.
