NEWLY RE-STYLED DUPLEX APARTMENT IN A PRIME BEACHFRONT LOCATION.

Step out of the complex and be in the heart of the beach promenade where you’ll find bars and restaurants, or just laze poolside enjoying the serenity of the lush gardens.

This smartly appointed apartment has ample space for you and your family to spread out. It includes free Wi-Fi and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a traditional filter coffee machine and a pots coffee machine.The complex has a big swimming pool and a kids’ pool, which you can easily access from the flat’s garden area. Find sun loungers, a BBQ and a dining table within the private garden. The possibility of dining outdoors while the sun slowly fades away gives this apartment that "je ne sais quoi".

The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

Location:

Castiglione is a prestigious gated community with an outdoor pool set in lush tropical gardens. The location is about as good as it gets, and you can leave the car at home. Castiglione is in the heart of the beach lifestyle action but still enjoys a quiet location for a relaxed holiday. You can choose from an array of restaurants and beach bars, along the waterfront or in the town itself.

San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.

Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.

Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.

Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.

For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

We stayed here for a week, two families (4 adults & 2 children age 6 and 7) The apartment was clean, spacious with a great outside area for eating including a bbq to use. The pool was just outside the apartment and was great for the kids and adults. The pool area was quiet and well maintained. The apartment had everything we needed including spare beach towels which was handy. It was a short walk to the nearest supermarket and to beach and promenade with a few bars and restaurants. We spent most evenings in Peurto Banus which was easy to get to via taxi but also walkable (without young kids). We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others.

Beautiful place to stay
Perfect location for us - slightly outside of Puerto Banus but a lovely walk along the front took us straight there! Very peaceful and private with some lovely restaurants along the front. Thomas and Colleen were very helpful and always responded to us really quickly! The apartment has everything you need and is møre beautiful than we expected - we will certainly be back and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed every minute of the stay
From very early on there was a good communication which continued through out with Colleen and Thomas. The check-in was super flexible. The house was just perfect in every sense for us family of 5 adults. All was as described and we have no complaints. We will for sure be back! Thank you Colleen and Thomas!
