This is a very private, very peaceful opportunity for someone (or a couple) who needs an extended stay and who does not want an efficiency-hotel experience... located 1.6 miles from Roswell City limits... and very very near the Chattahoochee River. Business-class ultra-fast Comcast Internet, and all other utilities... full kitchen has brand new stainless appliances... two big TVs, large private deck, stainless Genesis Weber grill, park in the garage and walk up seven steps to your carriage house experience. Full-size washer and dryer, king bed with ultra-comfortable mattress. The bedroom is the size of a large two-car garage. Wall safe in the closet... other amenities.

new HVAC with ultra-violet light (to kill viruses) and charcoal-activated filter... all ducts are cleaned annually
