Newly Renovated East Cobb Retreat - Marietta, GA No third-party bookings are permitted. The primary guest must be present and stay at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve.
Exact number of guests need to be entered on the reservation and not to exceed maximum- including visitors.
A government-issued photo ID from the primary guest is required prior to check-in, along with the names of ages of anyone 18+

This property was great! We were in town for a wedding, the game room was a hit with the kids and the kids at heart. The open concept living on the main floor was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The back patio was gorgeous even though the weather didn't cooperate long enough for us to take advantage of it. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely book again when in the area.

The home was spotless and modern. The host was friendly. It was perfect for my family of 8. We loved the open floor plan. The neighborhood is safe. I was able to walk alone every morning without fear.

Great house and host! Home is spacious, all the amenities you need, outside deck was nice for evenings with outdoor seating and table for dining. Beds are comfortable. Garage access was a nice perk given it rained one evening. Game room was great for the kids providing extra space for them to play with games and some toys provided. Will def stay here again!

This home was beautiful and had extra touches like games for our 5 year old and teens to play. The beds were comfortable and hosts included extras like soaps, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, makeup remover towelettes, trash bags, plenty of dishwasher pods, etc so we were truly able to enjoy our stay instead of having to run out to the store to buy extra necessities.

Great house. This home came as advertised. It was very clean and has clearly been recently renovated. The host was great and very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had. We were staying in Atlanta for a youth baseball tournament and the location and everything about the house was just what we needed. We would stay here again.
