The accommodation was very well equipped and spotless. The hosts have beautifully restored an old part of the building and turned it into a very charming and comfortable place to stay. They were extremely friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and the price was absolutely fair.

Great location

We were looking for a place in Amsterdam itself, but stumbled onto this gem. Located along the picturesque Beemstervaart it was a great place to relax, and close to a lot of great beautiful cities, Amsterdam. The host was fantastic, the place was very clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Would recommend this place anytime!

Loved the cozy house where we could relax from busy cities. The house is decorated so beautifully. It is located near Edam and Volendam so we biked there and had wonderful time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay!

Easter eggs on the kitchen table and fresh flowers in every room when we arrived was a very nice personal touch. The kitchen equipment had more than everything you needed for making dinner and breakfast. The location is perfectly situated on the calming country side with lots of fresh air and tulip fields around. Emilia was very friendly and quick to reply to messages

Perfect for one week

We spent 5 days here to visit the Netherlands. The home was just perfect for our stay: it was very clean and everything that you need is available. Emilia has welcomed us and she gave advice to park the car at Amsterdam (parking available and ferry!). We appreciated the beds but some people might not like to sleep in a built-in bed (but we found this experience very funny). The location is perfect to visit Amsterdam, Volendam, Marken, Edam, Zaanse Schans and Alkmaar. No negative aspect - The home corresponds exactly to the description. Maybe the house is a bit warm during the summer (but that was not the case during our stay). Thank you again!!

Sehr liebevoll ausgeschaltet

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen und eingewiesen. Viele Details und regionale Produkte standen für uns bereit. Der hübsche Garten direkt am Wasser lud zum entspannen und Baden ein. Auch Fahrräder konnten wir nutzen. Ein kleines Dorf mit netten Einwohnern. Man kam aber auch schnell in die nächst größeren Städte und ans Meer. Absolut rundum sorglos Paket für maximale Urlaubserholung. Einzig die vielen Mücken raubten etwas den Schlaf. Muss man vorher wissen, dann kann man sich gut mit Mückenspray helfen.

Ronald und Emilia haben uns herzlich empfangen. In jeder Ecke ihrer liebevoll restaurierten Wohnung gab es wundervolle Dinge zu entdecken. Es gab Frühstückssachen und sogar ein Begrüßungs-Rosé stand kalt. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und viel Liebe zum Detail. Eine tolle Umgebung, die wir auch mit bereitgestellten Rädern hätten erkunden können. Wir waren als Nachbarinnen mit zwei Kinderm (12) dort und sagen von Herzen DANKE!

This little house was quite roomy and cozy. The host provided check-in and WiFi information on request only, but responded quickly to all our questions. WiFi was spotty, which probably isn't unusual this deep in the countryside. The washer was broken when we got there. The kitchen cupboards were full, yet I couldn't find a matching lid for the big pot, nor was there a ladle. There were 2 versions of the check-out instructions: one unedited one on the living room table, and one edited one in the kitchen. I almost overlooked the edited version in the kitchen.Lots of deer in the neighborhood made this a very interesting stay for us and our pup!

Schönes Haus am Kanal

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Kanal vor dem Haus kann man baden und mit dem SUP fahren. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Amsterdam, Alkmaar oder Haarlem. Sehr zu empfehlen!

La casa al di là del ponte bianco

La casa è immersa nella quiete e nel verde della campagna Olandese. L'appartamento è arredato in modo impeccabile e sofisticato inoltre è molto ben organizzato avendo due camere separate, un bagno creato in uno spazio ampio con doccia grande e una zona giorno spaziosa e molto luminosa. La cucina è ben attrezzata e l'arrivo abbiamo trovato un "pacchetto di ben venuto" costituito da pane, yogurt, marmellate,succo di frutta ecc molto apprezzato dopo il lungo viaggio e non essendo una zona fornita di supermercati. Beets è in un punto strategico in quanto si trova a pochi chilometri dai maggiori luoghi di interesse: circa 20km da Amsterdam, 20km da Zaanse Schans; mentre le zone come Waterland, Haarlem e Zuiderzeemuseum sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. La casa offre oltre a un bel giardino anche la possibilità di usare delle biciclette in modo da esplorare le mete più vicine come dei veri Olandesi

Heel sfeervol en schoon Koetshuis.

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad in het Koetshuis, we werden gastvrij opgevangen en heerlijk gebruik gemaakt van de mooie tuin. Aan alles is gedacht, koelkast gevuld, anti mug stekkers e.d in het kastje, en een hele mooie inrichting met oog voor detail.

Gern wieder

Toll und zentral gelegen, direkt am Kanal konnten wir unsere SUPs nutzen und schwimmen. Ein Garten nur für uns. Innerhalb von 45 min konnten wir Alkmaar, Amsterdam und das Meer erreichen. Ronald ist ein Super-Host, präsent und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft geschmackvoll und topp ausgestattet mit gut gefüllten Kühlschrank. Wir 4 sind uns einig, dass wir wiederkommen.

Die Kinder haben die Schlafkoje genossen, die Eltern sich über die Grundausstattung mit Brötchen und Wein gefreut. Es gab viele familientaugliche Ausflugsziele in Nordholland mit Fahrzeiten von 20 - 40 Minuten

Schöner Urlaub!

Die Wohnung ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, das eine Doppelbett ist ein Alkovenbett. Die netten Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus, sind hilfsbereit und geben Tipps. Man ist vom Nachbarort aus mit dem Bus in einer guten halben Stunde im Zentrum von Amsterdam.

Durchweg zufrieden - hier kann man Urlaub machen!

Ronald, Emilia & Amanza haben uns hier eine ganz wunderbare - wenn auch kurze - Zeit beschert. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist tippitoppi sauber und es stehen sogar Willkommensblumen auf dem Tisch. Traumhaft. Außerdem noch alle notwendigen Sachen für ein leckeres kleines Frühstück und Wein. Einfach genial. Beim nächsten Amsterdambesuch werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder hier vorbeischauen. DANKE für die schöne Zeit.

Très belle maison ainsi qu'une très belle vue. les locataires était très accueillant et pas du tout intrusif. Très bien pour un week-end pour 2 couples mais pas plus. Des vélos sont même mis a dispositions !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Beets. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail aber trotzdem zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Kinder haben das Kojen-Bett geliebt! Bei Ankunft haben uns frische Tulpen, Eier von nebenan und leckere Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank erwartet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und nach Voranmeldung und Kostenbeitrag wird einem die schöne Sauna heimelig hergerichtet. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto- einkaufen um die Ecke ist nicht möglich...

Ein Haus in dem man sich wohlfühlt. Tolle Lage am Kanal mit Garten. Das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
