Apartment in a portion of an independent villa (60 m 2) overlooking the cliff, 300 m from the sandy Calabernardo beach and two km from the Lido di Noto beach.
Last house on the coast in a quiet and relaxing place. Still further on is the WWF Vendicari fauna island, the splendid Calamosche beach, accessible only by land, except for boats, Pachino, Marzamemi, Avola with the canyon with frozen water ponds and Noto, the European capital of the Baroque heritage of Unesco humanity. At 27 km from Syracuse, the city of Magna Grecia known for its archaeological and cultural riches.
