A spacious living room and the bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, are located in the first floor. The living room provides access to a large terrace, facing the lagoon and the sea. The same view is visible from the bedroom. From the terrace, a staircase leads to the roof terrace, where is it possible to enjoy a 360 view over the area.

The Guesthouse is on a single level and is composed by the bedroom, the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom.

The two units share a large garden area, surrounded by cultivated fields, vineyards, almond and olive trees. There is an external shower.
