Toller Aufenthalt im Zitronenhain

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, das Haus recht klein, aber die Anlage mit mehreren Terrassen und den tollen Pflanzen total beeindruckend. Der Zuweg ist eng, aber die Lage insgesamt prima. Sebastiano war oft da, um Tipps zu geben und zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Netter Typ! Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen dort verlebt.

UNA MERAVIGLIA!!!!

Personalmente non potevo esser tanto fortunato di incontrare Sebastiano, il soggiorno nella tenuta dei "limoni" è stata una delizia per gli occhi e per l'olfatto. Un giardino curatissimo circondato da fiori meravigliosi, un proprietario (Sebastiano) gentile e sempre presente ma allo stesso tempo discretissimo, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla!! Un grazie alla sua Mamma che ci ha deliziato delle sue marmellate (buonissime). Grazie Sebastiano per tutto e sicuramente ci torneremo e come da te consigliato, nel mese della fioritura dei limoni!! Bellissima esperienza che CONSIGLIO A TUTTI quelli che vogliono alloggiare nella tranquillità, nel verde e godere dei due giardini che circondano la casetta inoltre e cosa molto importante è vicinissima alla bellissima Noto. Chi e spero trovi il tempo per legge questa RECENSIONE consiglio senza ombra di dubbio di alloggiare nella tenuta dei "limoni". Grazie Sicilia perché sei sempre bellissima e accogliente !! Maison simple avec grand jardin . Un peu éloignée de la ville

Cette maison simple , avec un grand jardin , parmi les citronniers , tranquille ( sauf les chiens du voisin qui aboient le soir et le matin à 5h 30) un peu éloignée de la ville . Manque un sanitaire Sebastiano est gentil mais dommage qu’il parle peu anglais et pas du tout français Nous aurons tout de même un bon souvenir de cette location

Ruhige und gute Lage inmitten von Zitronenbäumen

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und gut erreichbar. Wann immer wir ein Anliegen hatten, war er innerst kürzester Zeit bei uns. Die Nähe zur Autobahn und Noto Zentrum ist zu erwähnen. Man braucht aber ein Auto.

Es una casita estupenda!!

Una semana en Noto maravillosa en gran parte debido a esta casa, es de verdad muy bonita, la elegimos por las fotos y sobretodo por los buenos comentarios anteriores y es todo real, vamos a repetir en ella en futuro. Tiene dos jardines, uno por delante al salir de la cocina, y otro por la parte de atrás, cada uno con terraza para poder comer, están muy bien cuidados con árboles y césped, nuestros hijos se lo han pasado bomba. Hay una amaca debajo de un árbol donde uno puede hacer siesta o leer que no tiene precio! Por dentro es muy correcta, tiene el baño reformado. La cosa más bonita es que está rodeada de limoneros, aunque hay un par de vecinos cerca, en realidad la casa la rodean árboles de limones. La situación es buena teniendo en cuenta que en un minuto accedes a la autopista o a la carretera, la conexión es muy fácil. Había leido algún comentario que decía que para llegar a la casa había un trozo de acceso complicado pero no es así porque lo han asfaltado, se llega bien con el coche. El propietario Sebastiano fue encantador, nos vino a buscar a un punto para llevarnos a la casa, fue muy disponible, nos dió buenos consejos sobre playas y restaurantes.. Era mi primera vez en Sicilia y creo que no será la última, llamaré a Sebastiano para saber si tiene la casa libre antes de comprar los vuelos..!!!

Toll gelegende Unterkunft mit sehr schönem großen Garten

Super Verkehrsanbindung durch die nahe liegende Autobahn, die man aber nicht hört. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Garten und die drei Terassen sind schön angelegt mitten im Zitronenhain. Super Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesuche in Noto, Avola, Siracusa, aber auch zum Wandern in der Anapo Schlucht, im Vendicari oder im Cassibile Naturpark.

Profumi e colori di Sicilia

Bellissima vacanza trascorsa in una graziosissima casa circondata ida uno spettacolare giardino il tutto immerso in un limoneto. Dotata di tutte le attrezzature e comfort neccessari.Molto vicina alla splendida Noto e alla riserva di Vendicari. In posizione strategica per visitare anche tutti gli altri paesi e città della zona. Die Anlage befand sich in dem beschriebenen Zustand. Alles sehr sauber und top Zustand

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten in einer Zitronenplantage. Bis auf gelegentliches Hundegebell vom Nachbarn ist es sehr ruhig und man kann hier wirklich relaxen. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr bemüht und war oft anwesend und jederzeit erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Strand sind jeweils nur 3 km entfernt. Da insgesamt 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten und zwei Kochgelegenheiten ( 1 zusätzlicher Gasherd mit 4 Flammen im Gartenbereich)vorhanden sind ist es auch ideal für Familien geeignet. Wer Fernsehen möchte ( für uns war es unwichtig) muss sich allerdings mit italienischen Sendern begnügen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Wir sagen nochmals Mille Grazie an Sebastiano auf diesem Weg und kommen bestimmt wieder!! Harald

Casa muy bien situada y con encanto

La casa no es muy amplia pero está muy bien mantenida. Baño y cocina de dimensiones reducidas pero reformados recientemente, limpios y cómodos. Mobiliario sencillo pero suficiente. Camas muy cómodas. El exterior tiene mucho encanto, con un amplísimo jardín rodeado de campos de limoneros, con mucho espacio para que jueguen los niños. Tranquilidad total. Muy bien situada junto a la autopista para visitar todos los lugares de interés en el sureste de Sicilia. A 5 minutos también de hermosas playas en la Reserva Natural dei Vendicari. El propietario, Sebastiano, es un hombre muy agradable que está muy pendiente de todo lo necesario y nos atendió perfectamente. En resumen, un lugar muy recomendable

Ci siamo trovati subito bene in questa casa ed in poco tempo ci siamo sentiti in un ambiente familiare. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire ed offre spazi grandi e riservati nel giardino immerso nel limoneto, dove è presente anche un piccolo orto biologico. A poca distanza si trovano delle bellissime spiagge e la posizione è strategica per visitare questa parte della Sicilia. Che dire è passato poco tempo, ma già questa casa ci manca, a presto Sebastiano!

Relax in un angolo di Sicilia magico

L'abitazione è graziosa, comoda e funzionale. È dotata di un portico sul davanti e di un bellissimo portico sul retro dove abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del tempo per mangiare e rilassarci. La sera, quando il limoneto dona la sua frescura e il silenzio avvolge la casa, immergersi nelle avventure di Montalbano diventa una piacevolissima e irrinunciabile esperienza (i libri di Camilleri li ho trovati nel soggiorno). La casa è provvista anche di due ampi giardini colorati, ben curati e sui quali giocare con i ragazzi. Un bellissimo orto che, ogni sera, ci regala freschissimi pomodori, zucchine, melanzane, peperoni e profumatissimo basilico. La Wifi è stata la ciliegina su una torta già di per sé squisita. L’unico aspetto negativo è la strada sterrata che porta alla casa, andrebbe forse almeno pareggiata in quanto parecchio sconnessa. Il tratto comunque risulta breve. Ogni spostamento implica l’utilizzo dell’auto e Marina di Noto non l’ho trovata molto interessante ma, già a pochi km di distanza, si trovano un centro commerciale, supermercati, ristoranti, pizzerie e locali. Abbiamo trovato molto buona la pizza alla Casa Matta di Noto e il pesce a La Prua in viale Mattarella 12 ad Avola. La casa è ubicata in un ottimo punto per poter visitare questo angolo di Sicilia stupendo. Noi in 12 giorni, siamo riusciti a visitare parecchi posti senza frenesia. La vicina Noto, Caltagirone (il 24 luglio c’è la festa durante la quale la scalinata si accende), Marzamemi (dove mangiare un fritto o una insalata di mare), Ragusa, Punta Secca e Scicli. Abbiamo fatto l’escursione sull’Etna con guida. Le spiagge: Lido di Noto, Cala Mosche nella riserva di Vendicari, Isola delle Correnti, Cirica (camminata a piedi in mare per andare ad ammirare i due splendidi faraglioni), San Lorenzo (la parte finale della riserva di Vendicari, la nona strada), la spiaggia vicino alla tonnara e alla torre Sveva era piena di posidonie e non ci siamo fermati per il bagno ma resta comunque bella da fotografare e farci un giro casomai la sera, al tramonto, la spiaggia di Marza (per me la più bella), Gelsomineto, Porto Palo di Capopassero (ci sono due spiagge, entrambe stupende, da scegliere in base a dove soffia il vento), Lido di Avola. La domenica naturalmente le spiagge sono più frequentate. Inoltre abbiamo fatto l’escursione ai laghetti di Cavagrande, assolutamente raccomandata. Ho trovato gente sempre gentile, disponibile e simpatica, a partire dallo stesso proprietario Sebastiano.

Meravigliosa vacanza in Sicilia

Il soggiorno a Casa Laufi è stato meraviglioso. La casa è come nella descrizione, e le due verande esterne coperte (una davanti e una dietro) sono davvero impagabili. Inoltre le due camere da letto sono abbastanza grandi e i letti sono comodissimi. La casa è immersa in una limoneta e la tranquillità e la calma la fanno da padrona. La comunicazione con l'host è stata davvero semplice e molto precisa. La posizione della casa è strategica perchè è a pochi minuti dal centro di Noto e pochi minuti dalle spiaggie più note. Se dovessi tornare in questa zona della Sicilia, sicuramente ri sceglierei questa casa.

Vacanza siciliana

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti della casa dall'8 al 16 luglio. Siamo stati molto bene perché la casa si trova in campagna immersa nel verde delle piante di limoni; il giardino è bellissimo e curatissimo dal proprietario. La casa è come si vede nelle foto, curata, pulita, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassante in famiglia. Sono molto belli il portico sul dietro della casa dove abbiamo sempre cenato e la pompeiana sul davanti. Il signor Sebastiano è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha offerto i prodotti del suo orto. Molto utili sono state le guide sulla Sicilia orientale che ci sono in casa Mi piacerebbe ritornare...!! Roberta e Franco P. - Vicenza

Wonderful holiday in the surroundings of Noto

We have spent a wonderful nine days in this holiday resort. The house is beautifully situated in an orchard with lemon trees. Around the house there is a well maintained garden, with green lawns, palm trees and a shady terrace. The house itself is practical, with a well equipped kitchen (there is also an outdoor kitchen). The beds are comfortable and the height of the rooms prevents that the climate is not becoming oppressive. The location of the house makes it an ideal starting point for citytrips to Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Ragusa and for hiking trips to the near way 'riservas naturales'. And last but not least there is the hospitality of Sebastiano, who provided us with self made limoncello and with lettuce and lemons from his own garden. Un petit goût de paradis

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans cette propriété qui possède tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire . Le propriétaire , très accueillant , nous avait préparé une fabuleuse tarte confectionnée avec les oranges du domaine.Il a le souci du détail jusqu'à penser à l'éclairage du jardin pour que nous puissions en profiter en soirée et dîner sur la terrace, entourés de citronniers ... un petit coin de paradis. Je recommande vivement cette location . Nous , nous sommes venus en famille avec 3 adolescents et nous avons adoré. L' endroit est bien placé pour rayonner tout autour et se rendre sur les sites du Sud Baroque; Le propriétaire prend le temps de vous indiquer ce qu'il faut visiter.

fantastic place

we spent 2 awesome weeks in this wonderful house. nice, calm place. close to the beautiful village noto and beaches. all new and very clean. i will reccomend this place to everybody. thank you Sebastiano!
