Delicious and present for welcome

A toilet for service in case of late departure since they had kindly allowed us to use the swimming pool

Wonderful stay- we’ll be back

The beauty of the place!!! The tasteful interior design. The friendly hosts. Enjoying the sheltered courtyards. The total quietness at night. The list could be even longer… The enjoyed the common coffeeplace in the courtyard, a coffeemachine inside each apartment would be a nice addition.

Manirique style all to yourself

We loved the styling of the room and surrounding building plus shared space. Its a really nice balance allowing you to have plenty of space inside but also outside your room. The swimming pool looks so inviting and very chic. Everything is finished to a very high quality and we really appreciated the welcome gifts. Very helpful. The service and communication is also super friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to friends and return ourselves. I wouldn't necessarily change this but another place we stayed had a slightly warmer heated pool for when it wasn't so hot outside.. but for more people at a bigger hotel. It did mean my wife was able to get in and stay in, whereas your pool was a tiny bit cooler for her.

Ga hier je eigen weg weg van de massa !

Bijzonder is de eigenwijze, creatieve en originele inrichting van de appartementen, het zwembad en de oriëntatie naar 2 zijden - enerzijds het zwembad met terras, anderzijds de omsloten tuin met avondzon. ! Omwille van een efficiënte organisatie, is de toegang vergaand geautomatiseerd via een telefoonapp. Dat is ons allemaal te onpersoonlijk. Als je, zoals wij een verblijf hebt van 3 weken, wil je graag je "gastheer" ontmoeten en je welkom voelen. Dat maakt m.i. het verschil tussen 4 en 5 sterren. !

We did want to clarify one point: my father John was onsite during your stay, and you did see members in person — as returning guests, you know us personally and you know that we are always just a call away for anything you need. We are never “far” from our guests. Regarding the digital access: we understand that everyone has their own preferences, but for us it has been a real improvement. It avoids lost keys, batteries running out in remote controls, and other inconveniences that used to cause delaysstress for guests. For longer stays especially, it usually makes things smoother and more reliable. We genuinely believe it is a step forward in comfort and efficiency. That said, we always remain available in person whenever guests wish to meet us — and you know from your previous visits that you are always welcome to reach out. Vacances de septembre

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement du logement. La présence d'un parking privé est un plus. Le logement était très propre et confortable. La piscine est très belle et très agréable. Nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus de vaisselle et de couverts. Ainsi qu’un ventilateur au moins.
