Wonderful Apartment In Puerto Del Carmen With Shared Pool, Free Wifi

2 bedroomed apartment in Puerto del Carmen in a quiet complex, 200 meters from the main beaches, near to Casino area.

Completely refurbished 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment, on the pool level of a small, privately owned complex. There are two pools in the complex that are never crowded, there is always a free sun bed easy to find without reservation to enjoy sunshine all day around. Our apartment is furnished and completely equipped up until 4 persons staying. Ideal place for family holidaymakers, or couple seeking for privacy. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa with armchairs, and a flat screen 32' TV, and DVD. We offer free WIFI connection included in the rental price with ADSL modem (10 GB), works very well and gives high speed internet connection. The large, double sized, private terrace opening from the living room has south west orientation getting sun all day long, facing to tropical gardens and community pool. The fully fitted kitchen connected to the dining area is equipped with vitroceramic 4 places hob,traditional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, café maker. In the first bedroom there is a double bed with built in wardrobe. In the spacious second bedroom we have 2 single beds with complete bulit in wardrobe.

The apartment house is in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, enjoying the silence and tranquillity all day and night meanwhile situated within a 10 minutes walking distance of the beaches ,and the promenade by the ocean. The closest supermarket is right by the corner (100 meters), the closest bars and restaurants, are within 200 meters of distance.

Perfectly clean apartment every utensil and utility required was available including air condition...host was fab and very contactable ..pool area perfect and immaculately clean ..small grocers outside door fab..and very close to all amenities including shops..restaurants and bars ..but very quiet and safe at nights..would highly recommend here..as we will be re booking in the coming months

We had a wonderful holiday. Everything we needed within the apartment as well as within easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants.Having 2 pools was a bonus as well as being really quiet. We had a lovely stay here! The place was spotless and very peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing break. The pool was easily accessible and there were plenty of sun loungers to use. Shops were conveniently nearby, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the main street. The neighbours were friendly and the area felt very safe throughout our stay. The house caretaker was incredibly kind and helped us check in smoothly when we needed, and the owner made sure everything was comfortable for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

1st time stay in Lanzarote

This apartment was ideal. It was local to beach, restaurants, shops and had direct access to a pool. It had everything you’d need for a self catering stay. It was very clean. We were met by Dolores and she explained how to access UK TV channels and how to work the air con and the alarm. Our contact with the owner was excellent, he responded to messages almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent well maintained apartment, very quite area but still only five minute walk to all amenities. Dolores and Marcial were great to deal with and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, meeting us from the airport, explaining the security, television etc.etc. Great holiday with no complaints. Lovely comfortable apartment close to main strip

Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed two weeks here. Only negative was pool wasn’t heated but we went to the centre d’esportivo near Fariones Hotel for 12€ each. Beaches lovely and clean 10.5€ for two sunbeds and umbrella. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Indian - Tamasha highly recommended and Greek Sebastyan’s delicious. Luna was great for paella and steak. El Niño for tapas fabulous.

A lovely apartment.Right by the seafront.But,far enough to have no noise.The apartment is great.Comfy beds,an oven,large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, large T.V.Everything you need when staying in your own apartment.Two spacious bedrooms. A good power shower too.We have stayed here several times &, if there is another apartment as good as this one, please tell me where.Excellent.

Excellent Service

I was very happy with the contact from the owner and the meet and greet by Dolores, who came earlier than planned because we were landed and out of the airport quicker than expected. The apartment was very good and it was nice that there was coffee available and sugar. But the Spar is literally 3 mins walk down the road. Also the main bars and restaurants are 5 mins away. There was plenty of room for my Husband and I. The patio area, gets the sun most of the day and can get quite hot. The shower had very good pressure. There was no one in after us, so we could stay until we were due at the airport. We had a really pleasant holiday.

Perfect stay

From booking to arriving the experience was easy. The communication from the owner was spot on. On arrival we were met by Dolores, she gave us a tour, showing us how everything worked etc. The apartment was just as the photos,lovely and spacious, clean and very well located. The pool is literally right outside. It was cold but not horribly freezing, refreshing. There are a few pools, one further down to the left, perfect for swimmers and another across the road where the complex continues. The complex is quiet, just what we had hoped for. The people staying either side were lovely, the guy next door is a permanent resident who is full of great information and a lovely guy to chat too. Everyone was super friendly who walked by. It was a secure complex, a key is needed to get in and out. Apartment has an alarm system, safe and air con(1 euro for over an hour) the kitchen was well stocked and plenty towels had also been provided. The beds were so comfy, we were so relieved. The location is superb. 5 min walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Plenty to choose from for all appetites. We had a great week and will definitely book again.
