The house is easy connected to all places of interest in South Istria within maximum of 35 minutes reach, like Rovinj, Pula, Fažana, Medulin, Šišan, Nature Park Kamenjak, and National Park Brijuni transfer boat. House is completely fenced and enclosed with private parking, EV charger available. in the back yard you can enjoy the intimate zone with refreshing and heated pool, terace, sun lounge, bbq...
